This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo features king-size beds. There is a white noise machine in each bedroom. There are 3 full bathrooms. The master bathroom has a jetted tub/shower.
The living room has a comfy couch and two nice rocker recliners. There is a large flat screen TV with Cable. We have a DVD Player with movies included.
The newly remodeled enclosed sun room provides additional space and offers games for relaxation after a busy day on the lake or other Branson activities. There are games under the living room TV.
Enjoy a family dinner in this fully stocked kitchen. There is seating for 6 at the dining room table and bar.
It is located at Emerald Pointe Gated Community and in the Crown Jewel of Table Rock Lake.
Relax by the outdoor swimming pool or enjoy a game of shuffleboard at the clubhouse by the condos. A Handicap Pool Lift is available.
There is another clubhouse up the hill that is on Crescent Dr that includes a terrific view of Table Rock Lake from the outdoor pool. The tennis court is right next to the pool. There is a nice fitness room, meeting rooms, areas to hang out and enjoy the nice lake views. There are two bathrooms with showers.
Our on site marina offers a courtesy dock, boat rental and storage. The marina also provides fishing licenses, tackle and guide service. Enjoy water sports and some of the best bass fishing in the world. Just minutes away from all of Branson attractions.

Absolutely NO TRAILER PARKING is allowed in the parking lot of the marina (per Branson Bay Marina rules) or in the parking lot in the condominium complex (per COA rules). Any trailer will be towed at the expense of the guest. Please heed the signs that are posted on the resort property to comply with the COA rules.
Children and pets shall be supervised at all times. (Note: This is an association rule, our property does not allow pets.)
Children are not permitted to climb on rock walls.
Fireworks are not permitted in the Emerald Bay Yacht Club complex at any time.
The maximum speed limit is 15 miles per hour within the complex. Watch for pedestrians including children playing.
Excessive noise and boisterous behavior within the unit and in the common areas is prohibited.
Use of charcoal grills is prohibited.
If there is any fine imposed for any violation(s) of the association rules and regulations by any of the guests, the guest who booked the property agrees to pay the fine, which may be in excess of $500.

Smoking indoors at our property is not permitted; this includes, but is not limited to, smoking for medicinal purposes. While we make every effort to maintain a clean and pleasant environment, please note that, although we do not imply the presence of any odors, there is a possibility that residual odors from these substances may be present in the unit during the dates that you stay, potentially due to neighboring units or previous guests who did not comply with our rules.
Emerald Bay Yacht Club (COA) and Emerald Pointe (Master POA) are quite strict when it comes to parking, especially trailers and anything that takes up more than one standard parking space (18 ft x 8.5 ft). They watch for parking violations and impose fines and impound vehicles/trailers that violate the rules. You agree to be charged for all such expenses incurred. So, let us know if you are wanting to bring 3 or more vehicles, or any trailers, RVs, or anything that takes up more than one standard parking space so that we can make sure everything goes smoothly.
