Villa Toma is a stunning development consisiting of three houses and a beautiful infinity pool.
Less than 10 minutes walk to the town of Milna or the nearby beach, it is a perfect location to enjoy your Croatian dream.
Each house has it's own private terrace on the ground floor and a balcony on the second floor to enjoy the famous sunsets over the bay.
As you enter the property you will be greeted by a beautiful open plan kitchen, living and dining area. This also leads out to the ground floor terrace where you can dine and relax in the sun. There is also a small bathroom downstairs with a washing machine.
The first floor consists of two large bedrooms with enuites.
The second floor leads out onto a beautiful 14m2 balcony. This is the perfect area for taking in the stunning sunsets over Milna, the bay below and the hills in the distance. There is also a third bedroom with enuite on this floor and a smaller second living area. This living area has a sofa bed if required.
The third floor has an open plan bedroom with private ensuite.

Brac island is the perfect choice for those guests that would like to spend a peaceful and relaxing vacation on Dalmatian island. Every day Milna and Split are connected twice with speed ferries (for passengers only), so you need just 25min to be in Split. Half hour drive from Milna is Supetar, main town on island of Brac, from where almost every hour drives ferry to Split. Also, it is possible to rent private taxi boat or car in Milna.
Villa old mill has been built 2017 and are finished and furnished to the highest standard. It is on a half way between beach and old town - 7 to 8 min from both location.
