Situated in the heart of Hastings Old Town on the pedestrian Street of George Street which is full of character and charm. You are within minutes walking distance of the sea, restaurants, cafes, pubs and independent shops.

The flat has recently been totally renovated with new kitchen and bathroom and has been beautifully finished with artwork and pieces that have been designed and made locally.

A 3 bedroom flat which can sleep up to 6 people. The main bedroom, a spacious double. A bunk bed room and an office area / double sofa bed.
It has step access from the street as it is on the first floor.

Excellent stay in Hastings

We had a wonderful short stay in Hastings. The flat was perfect for my family and it had everything we needed. It was very clean and in a great location for exploring Hastings. Sue was a great host from leaving milk in the fridge before we arrived to responding quickly to my messages! We hope to return one day!

Comfortable apartment in a great location

We had a great time at this stylish flat in the centre of Hastings Old Town- the location couldn't have been more convenient. The bedrooms and living room were very comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom were modern and well equipped. Communication was easy, and Sue was very kind and accommodating with check-in times. All in all a great weekend, thank you!

The property is a quirky property with everything you need for a really comfortable stay in the old town. The host was ultra helpful and has a fabulous shop below the property. There is a small shop doors away that you can get supplies from. There is no parking at the property because it is literally in the old town centre but there is nearby Ringo parking that costs £11.10 for 24 hours. A lovely stay. Thank you, Sue.

Home From Home

We absolutely loved our stay. Communication with Sue was second to none. The apartment was more than we expected. We thought we would have a sofa bed in the lounge, instead there were three proper bedrooms and an additional lounge, which made it perfect for our stay. Lovely touch with the host providing the tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Everything is central, shops are great and the beach is pretty much on your doorstep. Even though we were centrally based, it was so quite at night. We will definitely be coming back to stay again. Thank you to Sue and her team.

Hastings

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Hastings. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und unkompliziert gewesen. Einen Tag haben wir London mit dem Zug besucht. Auch das hat super funktioniert. Gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt und ist sehr liebevoll und originell eingerichtet.Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns während des Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt. Tipp: günstigere Parkingpermit über die Hasting Council Website vorher buchen, statt vor Ort (Pelham Place Car Park).Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt

Perfect location..

This was a weekend for old friends to catch up.... the property was very comfortable with all you need (and more!) and located so central to the bars and restaurants that only a short stroll is necessary to find everything you need. We enjoyed our weekend very much, we felt like family to Sue, thankyou.

Sehr schöne, zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung.

Trotz selbst verursachten Schwierigkeiten hatten wir drei sehr schöne Tage in Hastings. Grund hierfür wären vor allem auch die sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und eine äußerst hilfsbereite und tatkräftige Vermieterin. Dankeschön.

Fantastic Family Getaway

We loved our mid-week mini break here. Excellent communication with Sue from booking to departure. The flat is clean and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The facilities are excellent and include everything you need including a washing machine. George Street is a perfect location for shopping including the owner’s own shop Turn the Tide which sells locally made rum and lots of interesting art and gifts. Great pubs, restaurants, chippies, cafes and a bakery are nearby. Family amusements, a small funfair, fishermen’s huts and museums are only 5-10 minutes walk from the flat. The West Cliff Lift up to Hastings Castle is just along the street too. A walk along the seafront promenade to the pier is a nice way to spend an evening. Rye and Bexhill aren’t too far away and easily accessible by bus or train. We’ll definitely return.

A lovely stay in a lovely place!

We had a really great time in Hastings and this Flat is a very good place to stay and visit the old Town, enjoy the beach, and everything Hastings has to offer. Communication with Sue was very efficient and nice.

Really lovely cosy flat in the centre of Old Town.

We had a great stay in this lovely flat. The bedrooms and living area are very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom are modern and clean. Perfect for a family. Sue was a great host.
