This cosy annexe rests in Church Westcote near Bledington and can sleep two or three people in one bedroom.

Molly's Bit is an annexe attached to the owner's home, in the village of Church Westcote near Bledington. The property has one king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, sleeping two or three guests, as well as a day bed. There is a kitchen, sitting room with electric fire and a sun room/dining room. Outside there is off-road parking for one car and a rear, enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture and a fire pit, shared with the owner.The owner does have a dog Molly's Bit is a lovely base for up to 3 adults wanting to explore the Cotswolds.Two well behaved pets are welcome.

Amenities: Electric heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, Smart TV with Freeview, Netflix, Amazon Prime and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. Shared, enclosed lawn and patio garden with furniture and fire pit. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.9 miles, pub 0.5 miles. Note: Suitable for one child only due to space - please bring your own travel cot for a baby. Note: The garden is shared with the owner, the owner does have a dog, please let them know when collecting the keys if you wish to use the fire pit

Town: Bledington is a small village in Gloucestershire, within the Cotswolds AONB.
