Ideally located within a short drive of both Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, Pantina is set amongst lovely and mature gardens, well maintained by the owners and surrounded by fig and almond orchards.
Patio doors lead from the lounge to a furnished covered terrace, overlooking the gardens and swimming pool, which provides an ideal place to sit back and enjoy this peaceful area.
Comfortably furnished and air-conditioned throughout with all modern amenities provided, this is a very popular and well-loved villa, including free Wi-Fi and table tennis. The sleeping area consist of two bedrooms with A/C and two bathrooms (one of them en-suite). The fully equipped kitchen has a gas hob and an electric oven as well as a breakfast table and chairs.
The private swimming pool is at the front of the house and surrounded by a sun terrace, ideal pool for families with kids. THE LOCAL TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RPICE.
