About this property

3 bedroom villa, with private pool and BBQ, Pollensa

Villa Font Aina is a beautiful countryside retreat, with your own fantastic, private view of the nearby mountains from the poolside. But, if you want to dine out or spend a day at the beach, Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are all within a short drive. Each old town offers something different and all are well worth seeing during your stay. This charming 3 bedroom villa has WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and the lounge.

As you approach the villa you'll be greeted by the imposing mountainside behind the house. The large gravel parking area is gated from the lane and the main entrance is to the side of the building.

The homely lounge and dining area are open plan, with a large feature ornamenthal fireplace and windows overlooking the pool and garden.

The adjacent, practical kitchen is fully equipped and has a small breakfast table, ideal for an early morning tea or coffee. Kitchen has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle. A side door from the kitchen opens onto the gardens.

From the living area, a hallway leads to all 3 bedrooms. The double bedroom has an en suite shower room whilst the 2 twin bedrooms share a separate shower room.

The grounds are surrounded on 3 sides by superb views of the mountains. The spacious lawn and pool terrace provide plenty of space to relax and embrace the scenery. There is also a chill out area and a table and chairs on the covered terrace, with the BBQ to one side of the garden

Villa Font Aina can sleep up to 6 people. (FREE Travel Crib and Highchair available on request.)

Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am

What a beautiful spot

The house has everything you need and not far from the beach and supermarket. Quiet an cosy, nice pool and interior, feels like home. We will come back!!

Haus mit viel Komfort

Das Ferienhaus ist hervorragend ausgestattet, alles was gebraucht wird ist mehrfach vorhanden. Das Haus sowie der Pool waren sehr sauber, das Außengelände war ordentlich. Die Poolliegen haben jedoch die besten Zeiten hinter sich, und sollten erneuert werden. Nur die Anfahrt ans Haus ist etwas knifflig und eng, aber machbar. Wer mit einem großen Auto kommt, sollte vorher den Weg besser mal abgehen.

Agréable séjour majorquin

Très jolie maison au calme avec bon équipement général. Photos fidèles à la réalité. Jolie piscine, agréable terrasse et très belle vue sur la fin de la Serra Tramuntana. Nous reviendrons peut être! Équipement de base fourni apprécié (sucre, sel, lessive, éponge, etc…)

Peaceful, secluded villa with a lovely pool

Well laid out villa good space both inside and out. The pool is a good size, and deep. The covered veranda provided a shady place to sit in the afternoon. Although the kitchen was well equipped, it was surprising that there was no washing-up equipment (dishcloths, scourers etc).

Nice villa

Lovely villa, as per description. Good air conditioning throughout. Pool was ideal, but no shallow end which families with younger kids may need to consider. Location is ideal - 5 minutes to Pollensa and 10 minutes to Puerto Pollensa

Estancia muy cómoda y completa. Seguro volveremos

La casa esta muy bien ubicada, en una zona muy tranquila, con unas vistas muy bonitas. Esta perfectamente equipada, tiene de todo, nos sorprendió muy gratamente. Resulta una estancia muy cómoda Los palos de billar estaban muy desmejorados, solo uno tenia taco. El camino de acceso a la casa es muy estrecho y nosotros q alquilamos coche grande pasamos alguna dificultad. El menaje de cocina no estaba muy limpio, pero tb entiendemos q al haber tanto servicio es complicado tenerlo todo impoluto. Los dueños de la casa pasaron a regar las plantas un par de días, lo cual nos parece normal, pero deberían avisarlo antes.
