About this property

The Barn, Duckpitts Farmhouse, Bramling Canterbury

The Barn has been beautifully restored and is now spacious with gorgeous bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, an amazing rotating wood burner and it just exudes luxury and warmth. It is an ideal base for a great Kent break away, situated between the popular village of Wingham and the cathedral city of Canterbury. The barn is lovely light and bright and has been designed to an exceptionally high standard.

As soon as you walk into the open plan kitchen living dining area, you can’t fail to be impressed. The kitchen is large, top end, well appointed, shaker style, ideal to entertain and socialise while cooking and the dining table is large enough to seat 14! The rotating wood burner is located between the living and dining areas so make those chilly evenings extra special on the sumptuous sofas. There’s even a games room with a table tennis table and small snooker/pool table, along with an additional wc and laundry area. On warmer days the French doors open to beautiful open countryside have a barbecue on the terrace or chill out with a glass of wine. Chic country glamour with rustic charm a real gem.

On the first floor, there are two beautifully furnished bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. One has a bathroom and one a shower room. Both bedrooms come with twin beds and are linked by an atrium walkway

Outside is a pretty paved terrace with plenty of seating, wonderful views surrounding the woodland. Guests are welcome to explore the surrounding countryside and woodland, which forms part of the owner’s land. On the upper terrace, there is a coal barbeque but guests are to provide their own coal. There is parking for several cars.
