All of Sun Valley is immediately outside your front door at this all-seasons retreat with balconies that overlook the 12th Hole of SV Golf Course and Baldy mountain.

Laundry room on first floor with 1 Washer and 1 Dryer/ Garbage & Recycling.
Only four total units in a three story building.

Family environment and easy for kids to be independent on their bikes or jumping on a free bus.
RENTERS MUST BE OVER 30 YEARS OLD & QUIET
DO NOT BRING A DOG/PET & please do not ask me if I can make an exception as the Condo Assoc. forbids renters to have pets & will evict you!
FIRE EXIT STAIRS located through door in Master Bedroom and only use for emergency. Fire extinguisher underneath kitchen sink & immediately outside front door in cabinet.
CONDO ASSOCIATION RULES for RENTERS:

NO BBQ's; NO CANDLES; NO SMOKING anywhere on property including balconies & lobby

Cars may not block walkways/entrances - will be towed.
Park bikes in racks provided outside.
Do not hang laundry outside.
Skis-Sport Equipment etc stored only in lobby lockers provided- not inside condo or in hallways.

The Wildflower condos are the highest quality in Sun Valley. Our condo is exceptional because of the quiet & privacy. The condo is tucked away adjacent to the 12th hole of the golf course with views of mountains and trees. No one can look in at you from nearly every window whereas many other condos have bedrooms that look straight into public areas or are subject to noise from the road, pool and tennis courts.
What makes this property unique
Renters will enjoy access to Sun Valley Recreation Passes which lets you into the Sun Valley Inn pool Olympic Pool, Tennis Courts and discounts/preferential treatment at the Sun Valley Golf Course.
