Welcome to this magical apartment on the first shoreline in Fuengirola with sea views from both balconies, parking and a guitar-shaped pool. The apartment is located on the first shoreline in Fuengirola's quiet district of Los Boliches, outside the apartment you have an 8km long promenade which is one of southern Spain's longest and is absolutely wonderful to walk or bike the furthest. There is a supermarket and cafés, restaurants and bars all around.The beach that is just across the road is with fine sand and perfect for beach hanging with loved ones, here you can choose between swimming in the pool or the sea, or both! Los Boliches train station is only a 10-minute walk away and takes you to and from the airport in 35 minutes and Malaga city. When you step through the door you will be met by an open and social layout with the kitchen with bar counter directly to the left, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and much more. Straight ahead you have the living room with a comfortable sofa bed, smart TV and art-decorated walls and a lovely balcony overlooking the unique pool and Mediterranean Sea, the balcony has morning sun.The two bedrooms have comfortable double beds (can be converted into 4 single beds) and storage, the master bedroom has its own balcony with sea views and afternoon sun. The apartment is located three steps up without elevator. Free parking subject to availability. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with WIFI, A / C in all rooms, Smart TV with international channels, washing machine, dishwasher and much more. The cleaning fee includes bed linen and towels in one set per person. Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

In accordance with current regulations, due to the ongoing drought in Andalucia,  the use of water for filling and refilling swimming pools is prohibited from 1 October. ALL SWIMMING POOLS will remain CLOSED from 30th of September 2024 until further notice.
