The apartment is located in the center of Fuengirola right next to the port and only 2 minutes walk to the nearest beach. Outside the building there is a wide selection of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, bars and much more. Within 20 minutes by car, there are 8 wonderful paddle facilities and more than 10 golf courses that are open all year round.
From the harbor there are regular boats to Benalmadena's Puerto Marina where you usually come across dolphins on the way, from the harbor you can also rent jet skis and perform a wide range of water activities.
The train station is about 10 minutes walk away and from there the train goes to Malaga Airport and Malaga City.
When you open the doors, you are greeted by a top-renovated apartment of the highest standard where you step into a living room with black accents and modern style. Here you go a comfortable sofa set and Smart TV on the left and a dining area with wonderful views of the western Fuengirola skylinePools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay. .To the right when you enter you have the fully equipped kitchen with appliances in the highest possible standard, here is a dishwasher, coffee machine, wine cooler, double fridge and freezer, toaster and much more.
There is also a nice terrace with a wonderful view of Jacinto Benavente and the city.
Upstairs you will find the private pool with its own terrace, dining area and BroilKing barbecue.
On this floor there is also a large bedroom with double bed and bathroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed. There is also a sleeping alcove with a sofa bed and curtain.
Downstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, desk and smart TV. Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.

In accordance with current regulations, due to the ongoing drought in Andalucia,  the use of water for filling and refilling swimming pools is prohibited from 1 October. ALL SWIMMING POOLS will remain CLOSED from 30th of September 2024 until further notice.
