It comes with two bedrooms, comprising of a ground-floor king-size bedroom with a Jack-and-Jill en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC and a double with a double sofa bed, en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, together sleeping four people. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, as well as access to an external gym. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars on a shared drive via electric gates and a garden area table and chairs, barbecue and two sun loungers. The Coach House is superb base for exploring Lincolnshire.
Amenities: Gas central heating and underfloor heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and WiFi.
