Upon entry, the large, beautifully renovated kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a bar overlooking the living room. The living room has a large sectional, two armchairs, and oversized flatscreen TV, offering ocean views and lots of natural light with floor to ceiling windows and sliders to the balcony. Just off the kitchen is a large dining room with beautiful table and seating for up to eight guests. On either side of the living and dining room are balconies with unparalleled views of the Atlantic.

Tucked privately at the end of the hall off the dining room is the luxurious master suite. This room has two Queen beds, flatscreen TV, and private bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed , flatscreen TV, and private bathroom with walk-in shower. Located just off the living room and kitchen is the third bedroom with King bed, flatscreen TV, and slider to the balcony with ocean views. This room serves as a second master suite, offering a private bathroom with double vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower.

Villamare features two large oceanfront pools and heated Jacuzzi, children’s pool, poolside barbecue, indoor pool, and private health club with weight machines and steam room.
