Not worth it
The online photos of the property give the impression that it has a closed terrace. It does not (this mattered to us as we were traveling with pets). The heating in the unit did not work consistently. Every night, the units shut down, and we had to call the front desk to ask for maintenance to come out and reset them. And, lastly, the power in the unit went out repeatedly - the main breaker tripped. This was while cooking, while using a kettle to heat water. In short, the property was not worth the price.
