This detached cottage rests in Crudgington, Shropshire and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
The Parlour is a detached cottage resting in the village of Crudgington, Shropshire. Hosting three bedrooms, including a ground-floor king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower room, a twin room with Smart TV and a ground-floor bunk room, along with a ground-floor bathroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside there is a large enclosed patio and decking space with picnic bench, barbecue and furniture, as well as shared access to a large meadow/lawn area and ample off-road parking. The Parlour is a beautiful property, ideal for a rural break in Shropshire.
Amenities: Oil underfloor heating. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, under-counter fridge with ice box, separate integrated fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, 3 x Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Enclosed patio and decking with picnic bench, furniture and barbecue. Shared large meadow and lawn area. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.9 miles. Note: Only children over 10 can use the twin bedroom due to the open-tread spiral staircase. Note: Due to the close proximity of livestock, dogs must be kept under strict control at all times. Note: The River Strine runs through the owners' land, children to be supervised
