Location Location Location ! Can't get better, just a block away from Trevi Fountain, you step out of the aparment building and you are amidst the lively via del lavatore ! The apartment amenities are good and basic. Overall would recommend, especially for location!

Best location you can imagen. Just a few steps from Trevi fountain. The Building is an old building, so the little stairs and another part of the entrance could be a little disappointing when you get in, but the modern flat is incredibly nice and modern. The location is more than perfect. The communication with the office renting the place was good. I would recommend it.

Location location location

You are steps away from everything is such a positive. The negative is you’re steps away from everything so prepare for a crowd. I read other reviews complaining of the stairs - they are narrow but we managed four cases and two backpacks up the flights w no issue. House is great, it’s clean and comfortable. Easy check in process! Highly recommend

Rome stay Trevi Fountain

We booked our stay mid August 2023. Check in was quick. Shortly after checking in someone opened the door with a key and told us they were there to clean. We were shocked to hear this since we were told we could check in at 5:30. The guy came in and left and I get a message from the host bc the cleaner guy told them we refused to let him in which was a lie. Nobody could confirm if it was cleaned. The kitchen was not and dirty rags left. The air conditioning leaked all over the floor and when I reached out it was an oh sorry and we were without air conditioning. I booked and paid for a unit with air conditioning. It was extremely hot. Not worth what I paid.

Run Down Apartment

The apartment is in bad need of repair, mold removal, and cleaning The photos on the listing must be extremely old The front door is peeling You walk in and the furniture is damaged, breaking, and stained There is significant mold in the bathroom and we had respiratory issues whenever in the apartment Unfortunately there was no where else to go or we would not have stayed The floor had not been mopped and let property management know Offered to have someone come out and clean but there was no where to secure our belongings and we didn’t want to stay in the room waiting for someone to show up I have photos but do not see a place to add them here 2star review wasn’t posted on Vrbo until out cancelation window had closed Pros Location is amazing AC does work Cons Run down Mold in bathroom
