La Casa di Rosa - Comfort and Elegance in Pietrasanta historical centre.
Spacious independent home in the historical center of Pietrasanta (town of the Riviera Versilia in Tuscany - Italy) Elegance and comfort only 100 metres from the central square of Piazza del Duomo, 300 metres from the train station and 300 metres from the bus terminal.
The beachfront with beach resorts is within minutes by car or bicycle.
The home is composed of an independent entrance hall, internal courtyard for laundry, kitchen, dining room and lounge, three double rooms (one with a studio and the second bedroom with lounge) and two bathrooms with shower.
TV, dishwasher, washing machine, heating, fully furnished with all necessary amenities.
Beautiful shops, restaurants, and art galleries are all just a walk away.
Nearby cities are Lucca (35 km.), Pisa (38 km.) and Florence (100 km), easily accessible by the highway 'exit Versilia', with frequent trains from the train station in Pietrasanta with TRENITALIA and by buses from the bus terminal.
International connections: via the airports of Pisa and Florence. The airport Galileo Galilei PISA is the closest and its connected with all the major European cities.
Easy access to car parks that serve the historical center.
In summer we recommend a beach resort with a swimming pool, our choice is Versiliana Beach. Please contact them direct to book your beach space. The beach can be reached by bicycle via the cycle track on Viale Apua or a short bus trip from Pietrasanta center to the sea.
Boat cruises to the Gulf of La Spezia and Cinque Terre leave from Viareggio in summer. We have baby beds, high chairs and toys for children on request. Wifi is available throughout the house. We have 6 bicycles for your disposal to rent at a small extra cost. Airconditioning in summer is available and on request will be turned on at a small extra cost to be paid on departure. Also heating is available in winter. Large windows make our space bright and airy. Our home is spacious and the living space is comfortable. Very well maintained and clean. Shops, art galleries, bars and restaurants are just a walk away.

Why they chose this property
A car is not necessary, Safe surroundings, everything you need is in walking distance and a stroll or if you like a bicycle ride is all you need to get to the nearby beaches. Piazza del Duomo always buzzing and you never feel alone because there are coffee shops where you can relax in company or go shopping, there are restaurants to suite everyone.
What makes this property unique
Very comfortable, large living areas and lots of sunlight, newly refurbished and excellent location, very central.
