The pool is shared only with guests from the neighboring apartment, ensuring privacy. Covered parking for two cars is also available, and there’s a barbecue for outdoor cooking.

For cooler days, there’s a wood-burning stove, perfect for a cozy atmosphere in autumn or winter. The glass wall offers a stunning sea view, which you can admire from the kitchen and dining area. The ground floor has two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Bedding is provided, and the bathroom comes equipped with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. The apartment also features Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and satellite TV. The terrace is furnished with a set for six people.
