Aiolos 48 | A classy apartment with a huge pool at its doorstep

Aiolos 48 is a truly lovely house located within the Noray Residential area of Puerto Calero; built with prime materials, this property couldn’t be more ideally located on the complex, as it is situated directly in front of the communal swimming pool. Picture yourself sipping a refreshing glass of wine whilst relaxing on the beautiful terrace, and if you have children, feel safe in the knowledge you can see their every move, and you can enjoy their fun time as much as they will.

The apartment has 2 floors: on the upper floor a large master bedroom with double bed, air con and fitted wardrobes, a twin bedroom complete with fitted wardrobes, and a family bathroom with shower over bath. On the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen (complimented with a Nespresso machine), a W/C with toilet and basin, living room with air con (smart TV and substantial viewing channels including English TV - Sky, BBC, ITV, etc.), complete with dining area, and a terrace. There is also a solana (off the kitchen) with washing machine and drying area.

A ten minute walk away you will find lively Puerto Calero, a marina full of excellent restaurants, bars and designer shops that often hosts some of the most impressive super yachts of the rich and quite possibly famous. Whether you enjoy relaxing with a drink and a bite to eat, or shopping for the latest designer clothes - Puerto Calero has it all. Puerto Calero also has 24h security surveillance and patrols for added peace of mind.

Perfect Accommodation

It's a really lovely, well equipped property. The pool area was quiet so no fighting for sun loungers and the walk to the marina is easy... just a little harder on the way home up hill. The house itself is modern and plenty of space for a family with two teenagers. Would happily stay there again.

Good well equipped apartment

Good well equipped apartment about 10 min walk to Puerto Calero, really good choice of channels on TV, lovely balcony but only gets sun in morning but you can sit around the pool, a lot bit of grouting required in bathrooms would recommend

12 Days in Lanzarote

This property is very well presented with high attention to detail. I was delighted at the level of cleanliness and the gift of essentials to make my stay as straightforward as possible. The bedding and towels were new and changed regularly. Unexpectedly, the property had satellite TV with all channels including premium sports. Finally, the agent Echedey was excellent....attentive, knowledgeable and helpful.....thank you Overall, my expectations were exceeded and I would not hesitate in booking the same property again.

Lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment was spotless and well equipped and the swimming pool is also clean and well maintained. The lovely marina of Puerto Calero is just a 10 minute walk away (it is up quite a steep hill on the way back though) where you’ll find plenty of good restaurants and bars. From there you can get a water taxi into Puerta del Carmen if you fancy a day at the beach or do some water sports. Also just up the road from the apartment is a sports centre which you can enjoy a weeks membership for €60.

Lovely week

Excellent accommodation, had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing holiday. We were disappointed to see that the sunbeds around the pool had been removed due to Covid however the people looking after the accommodation dropped us in some portable sunbeds which suited us perfectly. Happy to recommend this accommodation.

3 days in Aiolos

Excellent location, 12 minute walk to bars and restaurants at the Marina. Apartment beautiful, inside and out. Terrace area has 6 bar stools and high table. Inside comfortable couches and dining table. Good size kitchen with everything you need. Good bedrooms with full size wardrobes. Highly recommend.

What a lovely apartment

We had lovely stay on Aiolos, the apt is beautifully appointed and we were meet by the host whom was very helpful in everyway. The apt is positioned beside the swimming pool so you are only a few steps to cool down in this lovely large size pool. The complex in lovely and quiet and is ideal for a breakaway of peace and quiet. The marina of Puerto Calero is only a 10 minutes walk away where you have wonderful restaurants and trendy bars to chill in the evening time. I had such lovely stay I will be returning soon to Aiolos and to stay for longer period. I would highly recommend this property.

A lovely villa

We were delighted with our week in one of the buenavilla villas in Puerto Calero. We arrived following the instructions with no difficulty and easily made it in to the house using the key safe. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We were relaxed and comfortable whilst there and also had good communication with the staff. The properties were well kept with conscientious garden and pool management. No negatives. We would certainly stay there again.

Si vais a Lanzarote, un lugar de 10 para quedarse!

El apartamento es aún mejor de lo que se aprecia en las fotos. Llegamos muy tarde a Lanzarote y no hubo ningún problema en el check-in. Incluso Al hacer el check-out, nos dijeron que no tenían problemas en que salieramos más tarde. Tuvieron detalles de bienvenida con nosotros, dejando agua, cereales, leche, etc, cosas que se agradecen para el primer día que llegas. Es una urbanización que se encuentra a cinco minutos de Puerto del Carmen. Sin duda fue todo un acierto para que nuestras vacaciones fueran espectaculares. Sitio tranquilo y con muchas comodidades. Si vuelvo a Lanzarote seguro que vuelto a Aiolos. Mencionar también a Álvaro, que en todo momento estuvo atento a cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar, tanto por whatsapp como por teléfono.

Fenomenal

El apartamento fantástico: nuevo, limpio, equipado con todo. Sabanas, toallas nuevas y limpias. Proporcionan cuna y trona. Incluso tienen detalles con los clientes: dejando pañales, toallitas bebé, jabones, leche, café, cerveza, etc. El personal muy amable y atento. El único inconveniente es que actualmente hay una obra detrás de la urbanización y durante los días laborales hay ruido. Volveré!
