Villa Anemos, a truly comfortable and beautifully laid out, sea view villa is really five star when it comes to outside living. Its extensive area of lawns and copious area of covered terraces make it a truly excellent choice for families.

Location
With nothing short of fabulous views across the sea towards Zante, the Villa, with its own private driveway, is one of a select group of Villas at the end of the Liakis peninsular, a few kilometers from tiny Spartia village. A short walk down the hill takes you to an interesting rock formation with a platform lapped by the sea. There's a sandy beach just a 5 min drive away, above which The Waterways Taverna entices boat owners to tie up at the small jetty below.
Spartia's maze of narrow street all lead to the village centre, where there are two mini markets and a couple of tavernas and for more choice, Argostoli is just a 20min drive away

Sitting Area – Two comfy sofas, plasma TV with satellite (limited channels/news only), DVD player and two French doors to the covered dining terrace, with pool view. Air Con Unit.
Dining Area - Wooden table and seating for six.
Kitchen Area - Wooden fitted cupboards, double sink, electric oven with hobs, microwave, espresso maker (Nespresso original capsules), dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Window above the sink to the garden.
Twin bedroom – Two single beds, french windows to sea view covered terrace . Air Con Unit
Shower room - Bath with air jets, walk in shower, washbasin, WC.

First Floor
Double bedroom with en suite bath & shower room - Double bed. Windows with sea views.Tiled ensuite bathroom with double bath with air jets and separate walk in shower, wash basin, WC. Air con unit.
Twin bedroom with en suite shower room - Two single beds, windows with sea view. Tiled ensuite bathroom with bath with shower over, wash basin, WC Air con unit.

Housekeeping
Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.
For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.
For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.
Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.

Parking - There is covered parking at the entrance.
