Location
If you are eating out, there are tavernas just 5 mins drive away in the village of Spartia , where there is also a minimarket and above the arc of sandy beach down on the coast there are another couple of tavernas.
For a wider choice it is not much more than a 15 min drive to Argostoli where an evening walking the promenade and around the square before making a choice of restaurants is not to be missed.

Kitchen Area – smart white cupboards with black counter tops, Nespresso Espresso maker, double sink, 4 ring electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and window with sea and pool view. Door to barbecue terrace.
Double Bedroom with en suite bathroom – Double bed, window overlooking the garden. Air con unit. Full bath with air jets and rain shower attachment overhead, wash hand basin, WC. Washing machine.

First Floor
Double Bedroom with en suite shower room - 1 double bed, smartly tiled shower, wash hand basin,WC. French doors to sea view balcony. Air-con Unit.
Twin Bedroom with en suite shower room - 2 single beds, smartly tiled shower room with walk in shower, wash basin and WC. French doors to sea view balcony plus window with sea view. Air con unit.


Housekeeping
Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.
For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.
For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.
Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.


Parking - There is space for two cars under the shade of pergola inside the villa grounds.

*Private access to this rock beach from Villa Anna Maria gives the occupants sole use.
