Villa Eden

Totally renewed one-floor villa (May 2011) on very quiet location in a dead-end street in the residential area of Serra Brava above Lloret de Mar.

The villa has a modern interior and is tastefully decorated with quality materials.
Living area with flat screen TV, satellite and DVD. Fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher.
Villa Eden has 4 double bedrooms (3 with double bed and 1 with bunkbed). 2 bathrooms with massage shower.

Enjoy the private swimming pool and large terrace with outside dining area and sun loungers.

Good price/quality for this nice villa!

Private parking space inside the property. More cars can be parked on the street.
Free wifi.

Air conditioning (in some rooms) included.

There's a little supermarket in the urbanisation (2min by car) with fresh bakery (open in high season).

The beautiful sandy beach of Cala Canyelles is a 10min ride by car and is one of our favorites in the area! It has a small harbor, ice cream stand, bay watch and water activities.
Two good restaurants on the beach as well: the newly opened beach club Gammarus with amazing ambiance and music, and the classic Syrius for fish and paella.

* A bath towel set per person is included

*Unfortunately no groups of youngsters are allowed in this villa. Minimum age is 28.

30/09/21 - Nice house with a beautiful and quiet garden and a nice swimming pool

Especially the garden with the pool. We very much enjoyed our stay in Villa Eden. The house was well equipped. The area is beautiful and the location is wonderfully quiet. We think it's more a 6-person accommodation than a house for 8 persons. There are enough beds for 8 persons, but the rest of the house is more equipped for 6 persons. It would be nice to have a instruction leaflet for the oven in the kitchen.

De tuin is super ruim en het huis ligt in een doodlopende en daardoor hele rustige straat, wat wij erg prettig vonden. Het zwembad is ook heerlijk en wordt een keer per week netjes schoongemaakt. Wij hebben 2 weken genoten van Villa Eden. De airco's in de slaapkamers konden wel een schoonmaakbeurt gebruiken. En de douche liep soms vol met water, dan moesten we de wc even doortrekken zodat het weer wegliep. Geen grote hinder voor ons, maar misschien wel iets om naar te kijken.

09/09/20 Excelentes vacaciones

Todo en una sola planta, tranquilidad, diseño y comodidad de la casa. Bonito detalle con la botella de vino y de cava el último día :) En general nos ha parecido todo genial ) En cuanto a la casa, aunque creo que no se puede hacer nada, la cocina es muy muy pequeña y más si van 2 familias con niños como en nuestro caso. Iría muy bien tener 2 copias de las llaves cuando alquilas la casa por si alguien de la casa quiere salir y los otros quedarse, cosa que echamos a faltar y teníamos que dejar abierto si unos salían y otros se quedaban durmiendo. De la puerta pequeña del parquing tampoco había llave y había que corre la puerta grande para entrar y salir andando y el timbre no funcionaba si tenías que picar... pero al fin y la cabo son chorradas que comento para que lo sepáis pero todo ha estado genial )

24/08/20 Inderdaad Eden dit huis!

Rustige locatie, prachtig huis, maar het allermooist vonden wij de ruimte en de tuin eromheen met het heerlijke zwembad. Fijn was ook op loopafstand een kleine supermarkt met vers brood. Het was echt een paradijsje! Op alle kamers airco zou fijn zijn... We misten ook wat praktische zaken zoals in de badkamers rekken om je handdoeken op te hangen en wc-rolhouders. Verder hadden we enorm veel last van muggen buiten. Maar dit bleek niet alleen daar een plaag te zijn geweest. Wel had er buiten bijvoorbeeld gespoten kunnen worden tegen muggen....

17/07/2019 Prachtige en sfeervolle villa met zeer veel ruimte buiten en een prettige sfeer.

De villa heeft een goede sfeer en prettige indeling waardoor privacy gewaarborgd is. Ook de grond rondom de villa is zeer ruim. Je leeft tenslotte buiten en dat is uniek bij deze villa. De lage bouw van de villa en de prive parkeerplek vonden wij ook zeer prettig. Meer groen bovenop de garage waardoor je net iets meer privacy hebt vanaf de straat kant. (bloembakken)
