The property boasts a private chlorine pool(9.0 x 4.5 meters, depth 1.0 to 2.20 meters), open from March to October. Located on a spacious lower terrace, the pool area is surrounded by 10 sun loungersfor sunbathing. The extensive outdoor areas include multiple terraces, a charming patio, and a barbecue zonewhere you can prepare and enjoy delicious meals under the open sky.

The furnished main terraceprovides a dining table and chairs with unobstructed viewsof the forest, mountains, and a glimpse of the sea. It’s a peaceful space to enjoy quiet moments, read, or have conversations while admiring the scenic surroundings.

Inside, the two-story villais tastefully decorated with elegant furnishingsand an authentic Mallorcan style. The cozy living room invites you to relax on the comfortable sofas, watch satellite TV, or enjoy the warmth of the fireplaceduring cooler evenings. A second reading roomoffers a private corner for tranquility and reflection.

The dining room features a large wooden tableand majestic chairs, while the fully equipped Mallorcan kitchenincludes a gas stove, coffee maker, microwave, and all the utensils needed for home cooking.

The ground floorhosts one bedroom with two single beds, along with space for a cotand highchair. Upstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms—two with double beds and two with twin beds. One double bedroom includes an en-suite bathroomwith a bathtuband double sink. Two more bathrooms are available upstairs, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. The villa is equipped with central heatingand six fans for year-round comfort.

For added convenience, the outdoor laundry areaincludes a washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board.

The estate is completely fenced, ensuring privacy, with no close neighbors, and offers outdoor parking for four vehicles.

Located just 20 minutes from Puerto de Andratx, CAN PERE VELL combines the tranquility of nature with easy access to local attractions. The charming port area is perfect for evening strolls, sipping cocktails, or enjoying sunsets. Nearby, you’ll find supermarkets, gas stations, and excellent restaurants.

Within 20-30 minutes, you can visit beautiful sandy beacheslike Sant Elm, Camp de Mar, and Paguera, or enjoy activities at the Santa Ponça Golf Courseand Katmandu Amusement Park. The Tramuntana Mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, attract hikers and cyclists year-round. Don’t miss exploring picturesque villages like Valldemossa, Galilea, or taking a ride on the historic Palma-Sóller train.

- Upon arrival customers will make a payment of 400€ in cash, as a deposit that will be refunded upon completion of the stay should the customer have left the house on the agreed terms.

- The final cleaning is to be paid separately - 300 euros.

- The price of electricity to be paid separately - €20 per day.

- In those rooms where you can put an extra bed and whenever it is possible, the price will be 28 euros per day.

- 1 cot and high chair are free of charge.

- Second unit of cradle - 10 euros per day.



Additional Notes:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (no flight / boat if applicable) and organize the collection of keys.

- Once you arrive at the destination, please contact us by phone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.

- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place for collecting the keys.

- Arrival after hours:

a) The keys will be left in a safe deposit box. The remaining amount must be paid the next day to the reception agency;

b) In the case that there is no safe deposit box, arrange arrival after hours with the agency. The penalty for late arrival in cash at the time of arrival must be paid.

- Check in after 23.00 - 30.00 euros

- If a late departure is possible, whenever possible, the cost of the extension until 13:00 will be 50 euros and 90 euros before 17:00.

- In low season the time of entry and exit are flexible. Contact the agency to specify the hours.



*ATTENTION!

Since July 2016, the government has implanted an Eco-tax to tourism.

- € 2,20 per night and per person first 8 days. The following days - € 1.10 per person per night. Not applicable for children under 16 years.

- This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival.
