The villa is divided into three floors. On the ground floor there is a separate kitchen equipped with all dishwasher appliances, a toilet, a spacious dining room with access to the spacious terrace with a large outdoor dining room with barbecue, from where you can enjoy the views of the ocean. Also on this floor is a bedroom with a bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with terraces and two bathrooms. In the basement there is a large garage for two cars and a private one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and a bathroom.The house has wifi and air conditioningin all areas.
It is located in a quiet area, 2 minutes walk from the Gran Sur shopping center with different shops, restaurants and Mercadona supermarket. The nearest beach is about 5 minutes away by car.
