Unbelievable view of Eiffel tower 3 bdr apart!

Summary:
The flat is located in a quite street at 2 min from the Eiffel Tower and Champs de Mars.
The flat is very modern and design. It is located on the second floor and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with toilets), a separate toilet, and a great view on the Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower.

The Space:
Welcome to my cosy flat! I am very pleased to open my home to fellow Airbnb explorers and intrepid travellers!

One of the best aspect of my apartment is the location and the outstanding view over the Eiffel Tower (2min by walk from the flat).
Only 8 minutes walk to Ecole Militaire station and Alma-Marceau.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator but need to take a few stairs to access it) and has a balcony with a great view on the Eiffel Tower.

The living room is quite big and has a chilling area with a sofa and a TV and an other part with a modern and design dining table (for 6 person).
The TV in the living room has all the free channels.

The kitchen is modern and totally equipped. You'll find everything you need to cook a french meal. There is a toaster, a kettle, and even better: a Nespresso coffee machine!

Now this is what I call great value for money - Amazing location and great amenities! This is a little gem for tourists.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The second bedroom and third bedroom also have queen beds.
Those 2 rooms share a bathroom with a bath.
All the beds are made with a hotel-quality linen - 100% cotton and 300 thread count.
In the bathrooms you will also find fluffy towels, shampoo and shower gel.

Ladies, there is also a hairdryer in the apartment so no need to bring yours!

Guest Access:
My guests will have access to the entire apartment.

The Neighborhood:
2min away from the Eiffel Tower you can't do better in term of Neighbourhood and location.
You will be very close to the major tourist attractions of Paris, such as the Eiffel Tower (2 min walk), Ecole Militaire, the Hôtel des Invalides (Napoléon's grave), and a lot of other world-famous museums such as the Grand Palais or the Musée du Quai Branly.
You could also have having a picnic at the Champ de Mars while admiring the Eiffel Tower

There is also a few good spots to do some shopping (rue Saint Dominique), nice typically French restaurants and cafés (rue Saint Dominique and rue Cler).

Finally the flat is located at a walking distance from the Seine. Very romantic at night.

Getting Around:
Ideal location to visit Paris.

The closest tube station is Alma Marceau on the line 9 (10 min walk).
Line 9 will take you to Franklin-Roosevelt (Champs Elysées), Chaussée d'Antin (shopping at Galeries Lafayette) and République to live like a local.

The other close tube station is : Ecole Militaire, on the line 8.
This line will take you straight to Invalides, Concorde, Opéra, République and Bastille.

You can also use the bus 80 - 82 - 42 - 69 and 87 that will bring you everywhere in Paris. They run all day.
