Cozy villa in Madroñal de Fañabe with private pool
Large villa with private pool in an area near the beach, 2 minutes from the Gran Sur shopping center, tennis court, spa, restaurants, etc. The villa is recently renovated and decorated in a modern and cozy style. The ground floor has a spacious and bright living room, a separate and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a double bedroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Outside the villa has a seating area, a covered dining room, a large private pool (heated on request with extra cost 150 € / week to pay on site ) with sun loungers and a parking lot. From the villa there are views of the ocean and the mountains. The villa has TV with international channels, WI-FI, air conditioning in all areas.
