Situated in an elevated rural position, The Mill is the perfect destination for those looking to escape and enjoy a holiday in Northern Scotland. The property nestles within the owners grounds along with three other holiday properties. Set over three floors, The Mill is the old heart and originally contained the mill workings outside the old water wheel pit and water chute, which are still viable on the outside of the building. Inside there is a spacious open plan living area, three bedrooms located across three floors; two with twin beds and one with a double bed, and there is a bathroom and shower room too. Outside there is a private seating area for relaxing, as well as a communal laundry room.
This tranquil location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts with superb walking and cycling opportunities available from the door. The nearby town of Grantown-on-Spey is ideal for an afternoon of wandering around the shops, or perhaps enjoy a drive north to Lossiemouth and spend a day on the beach. The nearby ski slopes are within easy reach are available January to April (snow permitting). Shop 21 miles, pub and restaurant 7 miles.
