This bungalow located in a quiet cul de sac just off the Golf Course Road, has recently been refurbished. There is amtico flooring throughout with solid oak furniture and leather settees. The TV is a smart TV and there is wireless internet. There is a secluded small back garden with table and chairs. The kitchen has all modern appliances, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and hob/oven. The lounge has large patio doors and the sun comes into the lounge during the day. The bedrooms are both good sized doubles with a kings size bed in one and twin single beds in the other. There is also a dining room. The hallway has a cloakroom and airing cupboard.

We have been letting out our property for a few years. We also use the house regularly, as we love the area and have family nearby. I try and be as helpful as possible and very much welcome you to our home.

It is modern inside, with Amtico flooring throughout. The furniture is solid wood and has all appliances you would need. It is very comfortable.
