This unique cottage rests in Bowness-on-Windermere in the Lake District and can sleep two people in one studio-style bedroom.
Boathouse on the Water is an enchanting boathouse conversion resting on the outskirts of Bowness-on-Windermere in the Lake District. There is one king-size-bedroom within the studio layout and a ground-floor shower room, making the property suitable to sleep up to two people. On the first floor is an open-plan layout holding the bedroom area as well as a kitchen, dining area and a siting area with a balcony. Outside is your own private hot tub as well as a designated parking space for one car. Boathouse on the Water is a dazzling dwelling, ideal for your romantic retreat in the Lake District.
Amenities: Eco underfloor heating. Smart TV with Freeview, music streaming, and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Complimentary toiletries provided. Designated parking space for one car. EV charger available at a supplement (3 pin plug type). Private outdoor hot tub. STRICTLY no pets, no children or infants. Smoking is prohibited inside the property and within the Louper Weir grounds. Shops/amenities 2.6 miles, bar/restaurant 0.5 miles. There is use of life jackets and a kayak which can be found in the wet dock and accessed on the ground floor. Please note as the hot tub is emptied, cleaned, re filled and re heated between each booking it may not be at the optimum temperature until at least 7pm on your day of arrival and on your day of departure the hot tub will be drained at 9.30am. Please Note: Due to changes in UK commercial food waste legislation taking effect from 31st March 2025, all guests are required to separate their food waste from their other waste before disposal.Further information can be found in the information folders located in the property.Let's do our part to reduce the environmental impact of waste and contribute to a cleaner, greener environment.
