A super spacious self-contained flat with its own private entrance can easily host family or contractor groups.

Note: Unlike the majority of 3-bedroom apartments in Aberdeen city centre, our apartment is in a spacious traditional granite-built building so the rooms are more spacious than lots of the modern purpose build properties which often lack character.

The property is to the same standard as all our other 12 properties and has been more or less fully booked since we started it but we do not have a review on here as they were booked directly with us.

It's all about location with this apartment, being in a really quiet street in the lovely Rosemount neighbourhood yet only a 7-minute walk to the city/theatre and the apartment also comes with a FREE PARKING permit for guests to use during their stay.
