Located in a small village composed of 8 houses with breathtaking views of the mountains. It is a house with a beautiful mountain facade, typical of the area, well-equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living-dining room with a fireplace, an American kitchen, a balcony, and a fantastic porch to relax and unwind.

The surroundings are spectacular and very peaceful. Families or mountain enthusiasts usually come to enjoy nature and the outdoors. The house has an outdoor area of approximately 150 m2, including a covered porch and a small garden with a fountain.

The views from any part of the village are wonderful, especially those from the pool, just about 20 meters from the house and shared with other houses, as well as the large barbecue area.

It is a very isolated rural area, and the internet connection is deficient.

First floor: Living-dining room with an American kitchen, two double rooms, and a bathroom.

COMMON AREAS:
The pool, completely fenced, is only a few meters from the house. The mountain views from the pool are spectacular.
