Villa Anna Family Friendly
Villa Anna is a comfortable and pleasant property, located in the residential and quiet area of Llenaire in Puerto Pollensa. The house has two floors, on the ground floor through the main door we find a dining room and a spacious living room, a full kitchen, laundry room, a double room with single beds, a complete bathroom with shower and the master room with a double bed and complete bathroom en suite, going up to the first floor we have another double room with single beds and balcony with views of the garden, the Sierra de Tramuntana and the bay of Alcudia. In the front door we have another room with a double bed and also views of the Bay of Alcudia, and in the hall a full bathroom with shower to share. The house is surrounded by a well-kept garden with some fruit trees, a covered terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, and a pleasant saltwater pool with parasols and sun beds. It also has a ping pong table to make your stay more enjoyable and a parking garage with a roof for two cars.

Why they chose this property
I recommend this property because it is very functional and complete. It has a beautiful well-kept garden where you can read a book under the fig tree, or enjoy the saltwater pool. Besides that it is located in a very quiet area, but very close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets and beach bars. You can rent a car to explore the surroundings but you can also rent bikes, to do road cycling (ask us if you find out) or to move around Puerto Pollensa in a healthier way.
What makes this property unique
It makes it unique because you can also hire, catering, or a chef for your stay, airport transfers, tourist and road bike rental. And because if you are a large group, we have another house around the corner with capacity for 8 people. It is ideal for families, a group of cyclists or athletes.
