Good only for two persons ,but perfect location

The „second bedroom“ is just a chamber without Windows. Dishes are Not enough for more Than four people, what means you have a problem if you dont want to let the dishwasher run twice Daily. Dishwasher and laundry Machine work good, the next Vaporetto Station is close an the next Late Night Bar (Moro) is even closer. The view is amazing

Schöne Wohnung, leider etwas kühl und spärlich eingerichtet

Die Wohnung war für unsere Zwecke ausreichend. Leider luden der Glastisch und die Plastikstühle nicht sehr zum Verweilen ein. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet (Toaster, Ofen, Espresso-Kanne!, Kühlschrank). Es gibt eine gut funktionierende Heizung - notwendig für Osterreisende! Ein Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten, welche jedoch nur durch eine Schiebetür voneinander zu trennen gehen - aber für eine Familie ok. Die Matrazen waren eher hart, aber für uns ok. Von der Küche aus kann man bis zur Hauptinsel schauen - wunderschöner Blick. Es gibt in der Wohnung leider nur ein Sofa (Zweisitzer) für vier Personen - es war deshalb abends nicht sehr gemütlich - aber es gibt fußläufig mehrere Restaurants, wo man abends nett sitzen kann. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und mit der Fähre erreicht man in 8 Minuten die Hauptinsel mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Leider benötigt man für jede Fährüberfahrt ein Ticket (gültig 1,5h) für 9,50 Euro p.P. oder 25 Euro p.P. für ein 24 Std-Tagesticket mit unbegrenzten Fährüberfahrten, was doch sehr teuer ist. Wenn man auf der Hauptinsel wohnt, entfällt das Ticket, da man alles zu Fuß laufen kann. Der gleich hohe Preis wie für Wohnungen auf der Hauptinsel ist folglich nicht ganz gerechtfertigt. Beim Einchecken wurden uns nicht alle Schlüssel des Schlüsselbundes von unserm Guide Farid erläutert. Auch konnten das Tor des Hauses nicht aufschließen, ohne uns den Arm zu verrenken. Das Tor ließ sich nicht von außen öffnen, sondern wir mussten durch die Gitterstäbe fassen und von innen den Schlüssel (blind suchen und) einstecken und damit das Gittertor öffnen. Da uns das niemand zeigte, dass es so funktioniert, haben wir eine Schreckstunde erlebt, in der wir dachten, wir kommen nicht mehr in unsere Wohnung. Das Handy mit den Kontaktdaten zu unserem Guide befand sich jedoch in der Wohnung. Farid hat in den Folgetagen nicht auf unser Problem trotz mehrfachen Kontakts reagiert bzw. lapidar geantwortet: "Normally, it works normal" . Das war sehr unerfreulich und hat unseren schönen Trip nach Venedig nachhaltig getrübt.
