Schöne Zeit in Marina Di Campo
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral mit Ausblick auf‘s Meer und wirklich einem Steinwurf entfernt vom schönen Sandstrand. Die Anreise war problemlos und mit dem von der Besitzerin im Voraus zugeschickten Formular mit der Bewilligung in die Fussgängerzone zu fahren, war das Ein-und Ausladen des Gepäcks kein Problem. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe durch einen Bekannten der Besitzerin war ganz unkompliziert. Einen eigenen Parkplatz gibt es nicht, aber es gibt kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze in ca. 500m Laufdistanz. Die Größe der Wohnung ist gut ausreichend (wir waren zu fünft da), auch wenn man im Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer/Küche dafür das Schlafsofa ausklappen musste und dadurch das Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer/Küche etwas enger wurde. Die Küchenausstattung ist ok, wobei ich einen Wasserkocher noch praktisch gefunden hätte und einen Toaster. Eine Spülmaschine und Backofen gibt es leider nicht. Das war aber bekannt. Da die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt in der Fussgängerzone, bringt dies automatisch mit sich, dass man abends noch Lärm hat (Schlafzimmer geht zur Fußgängerzone hin) und auch die Kirchturmglocke schlägt noch einige Male, in der Nacht dann aber irgendwann nicht mehr ;o) Uns hat der Lärm nicht gestört, aber man sollte wissen dass es mal etwas lauter werden kann. Von den übrigen Bewohnern des Hauses haben wir nichts gehört. Was schade war, dass es kein WLAN in der Wohnung gibt, obwohl dies so im Inserat angegeben wurde und heutzutage eigentlich Standard sein sollte. Die Besitzerin hat sich aber für diese Fehlinformation auf der Website von fewo-direkt entschuldigt. Wir sind dann auch ohne WLAN zurecht gekommen….;o) Was uns wirklich gestört hat, war die Verschmutzung der Wohnung. Das Geschirr und Kochgeschirr in der Küche war teilweise nicht gut gereinigt und mit Essensresten, und das Badezimmer war leider sehr verunreinigt mit einer völlig verschimmelten Dusche und auch hier zum Teil noch Dreck von den Vorbewohnern. Ich weiß nicht ob dies daran lag, dass die Besitzerin selbst akut nicht vor Ort sein konnte aufgrund von familiären Gründen und ggf. jemand anderes als sonst die Wohnung gereinigt hat, aber das war so nicht schön. Und wir sind sonst mit drei kleinen Kindern wirklich nicht heikel wenn mal etwas nicht ganz so sauber ist… Alles in allem hatten wir eine gute Zeit in Marina Di Campo, der Ort selbst ist wirklich schön und vorallem der Strand. Die Wohnung von der Lage her super. Punktabzug gibt’s für die nicht gut gereinigte Wohnung.

Appartamento comodo, vicino al mare e al centro
L'appartamento è comodo perché vicino alla spiaggia di Marina di campo, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. La spiaggia è bella, attrezzata e ideale per famiglie con bambini. L'appartamento si trova all'inizio della zona pedonale del centro del paese quindi è molto comodo anche per uscire la sera senza dover prendere l'auto.

Appartamento Marina di Campo
La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima per raggiungere la spiaggia e sei direttamente nel centro del paese, la casa è arredata con mobili bianchi che danno molta luce, è fornita di tutte le stoviglie necessarie, dalla cucina c'è una vista molto bella sul mare ed il sole entra al mattino dalla cucina mentre la sera ce l'hai in camera. Sei vicina ad alcune delle spiagge più belle dell'isola d'Elba come la spiaggia di Cavoli ed anche ai paesi di Capoliveri (molto caratteristico) e Porto Azzurro . L'unica cosa a cui bisogna stare attenti è non farsi fregare dai volantini che ti danno in spiaggia: tutte le mattine dei ragazzi passavano in spiaggia e ti consegnavano dei volantini di pizzerie con offerte per il pranzo , come ad esempio la Pizzeria VESUVIO dove sui volantini c'era scritto per pranzo una pizza e una bibita a € 5.00 tutti i giorni. L'ultimo giorno ci andiamo e alla consegna del conto la cifra non era quella indicata sul volantino perchè, casualmente, quell'offerta era finita!!!!Peccato che il volantino me l'avevano consegnato due ore prima in spiaggia!!! Non andateci.....

Bellissima vacanza
Siamo stati molto bene in questo appartamento: veramente molto confortevole, pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario e anche molto fresco. Vicinissimo a tutti i servizi e con parcheggio gratuito vicino. Abbiamo amato molto le 2 finestre, quella con il balcone che da' sul rilassante giardino e la spiaggia e l' altra, affacciata sulla via principale del centro, piena di vita la sera. La signora Adriana, molto disponibile e solare ci ha dato tutte le informazioni per un bel soggiorno e Marina di Campo e' un luogo veramente speciale, bella la spiaggia, mare trasparente, negozi carini, adatto sia per famiglie che per coppie, e anche ideale punto di partenza per visitare tutta l ' isola. Consigliatissimo.

comodo e in posizione invidiabile
Abbiamo soggiornato a Marina di Campo dal 13 al 20 agosto 2016, e devo dire che l'appartamento è comodo e spazioso. La posizione è davvero invidiabile, centralissima e a pochi passi dal mare, vicina a tutti i servizi. L'unico piccolo neo è dato proprio dal fatto che, essendo all'interno della ZTL del paese, la sera si sente il vocio delle persone fino a tardi, ma nel complesso è davvero un neo trascurabile. La proprietaria si è dimostrata gentilissima e disponibile, ci ha consigliato sui ristoranti locali e sulle gite da fare. Spiagge bellissime, tempo meraviglioso... davvero una vacanza indimenticabile!

Ottima vista sul mare
Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile, il nostro appartamento era il trilocale (spazioso per 4 persone) con terrazzo vista mare, posizione centralissima nel corso principale del paese a 100 metri dal mare, appartamento pulito. Unica pecca che la camera da letto da sul corso e la sera fino a mezzanotte qualche rumore si sente, ma la proprietaria ci ha confermato che presto cambierà gli infissi mettendo i doppi vetri, a quel punto credo che l'appartamento sarà da 10!
