Le Paradis Ski Apartment is situated in the highly sought after Paradis residence, in one of the best locations in Chamonix. It is a 55sqm Chamonix apartment with 2 bedrooms, a sofabed and 2 bathrooms. Both the master bedroom and second bedroom can be made as double or twin beds, and the master bedroom also has an en-suite shower room, with sink and WC. The family bathroom has bath tub, shower, wash basin, and WC too.

There is also a large balcony facing Mont Blanc, with table and chairs for dining in a warm summer evening or after a hard day's skiing. Le Paradis Ski Apartment is close to the Brevent ski lift and ideally located near bus networks plus shops, restaurants and après ski. It boasts a south-facing view with a balcony overlooking Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Midi. The kitchen of this Chamonix apartment is fully equipped with modern appliances including oven, electric hob, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. The apartment has underground parking access, plus a ski locker and use of a communal bike storage room. There is also fibre internet for the apartment plus a washing machine too.

Perfect Location

The property was perfect for what we needed. Good location for skiing and the village with all restaurants and bars. Comfortable beds and all the appliances needed including washing machine. Definitely would recommend it.Just a little hard to find the first time even with good explanation from the agency

Great apt within walking distance of Poma to Brevant telecabine

Apt was very clean and well appointed for our stay of 3 people. Just a short walk to the supermarket (Super U) and pedestrian center with restaurants, cafe and shopping. Very cozy. Easy front door and building entry with ski storage on ground floor. Our only wish was for softer beds and fatter pillows. Highly recommend.

Another perfect stay with Chamonix All Year

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Paradis Ski Apartment and we absolutely love it. Brilliant central location, superb terrace with spectacular view and every in the flat you need for a perfect stay. The CAY team is also brilliant. Quick to respond to sort out little problems and also with a friendly helpful attitude. Special thanks to Paola for all her support and help! We will definitely be back next year!

Excellent apartment with level access, lift, and gorgeous balcony.

Having decided to extend our stay we moved from the Chamonix All Year apartment: Paradis 22 to this one. This one was smaller, with 2 bedrooms instead of 3, and less storage space, but it was still a really lovely apartment - the balcony with its table for 4 and two deckchairs were gorgeous, as it was just lovely being able to relax there in the sun [we stayed in August 2022]. Because I have a mobility disability I use a very small mobility scooter so level access is vital - there's level access into the apartment block and a spacious lift. There's a shower with a small step in the en suite but I found the shower over the bath [a small step is provided which was very handy for me] was better as it had a more flexible hose which meant you could more easily direct the water from the shower head and it stayed in the same place. The bed was really comfortable, the kitchen was adequately equipped [to be honest we ate out at dinner times], and our teenage boys enjoyed the occasional play on the playstation. As it's just around the corner from the previous apartment we stayed in it had all the same advantages of being a very central location, so we walked/scooted everywhere. The parking at the car park up the road meant parking was totally hassle free which is always a big bonus. Would definitely consider staying here again. PS Thank you for allowing us to bring our two small dogs as I know they are not normally allowed - they absolutely loved the balcony too!

Paradis Ski Appartment

The appartment we stayed in was in a perfect position. Just a few steps from the main street. It was great to have a balcony which has fantastic views towards Aiguille du Midi. Chamonix All Year were very friendly and helpful when we booked and they kept us fully updated for the check-in/out arrangements.

Great location

An ideal location to explore the Chamonix valley. The property is close to the shops and a great base to get to the train and cable cars. The view from the balcony is fabulous.

Excellent location and great apartment

This was our first time at Paradis du Ski and we booked it on a whim. So glad we did! The location is so central but it’s still very quiet at night. The apartment is perfect for 2-4 people and there’s also the option of a sofa bed. It has everything you need for a stay in Chamonix including a free parking space if needed. The terrace is large and has a spectacular view of the Mont Blanc massif. We will be back next year hopefully!

Sejour très agréable

Bel appartement dans résidence très calme , proche de tous les commerces., très bien situé. Grande terrasse avec belle vue sur la montagne. Un meuble de rangement plus grand permettrait de rendre la cuisine encore plus fonctionnelle. Je recommande.

Nice apartment

We had a nice summer vacation in Chamonix. The apartment was nice with two good bedroms and two bathrooms :). The kitchen was a little bit small. We had breakfast on the huge balcony every morning, that was nice! From the balcony we could sit and look at the summit of Mount Blanc. The location of the apartment was excellent, only 2 min walk to Chamonix main street.

This is a very satisfactory accommodation.

I went skiing trip in January. I stayed with my wife and two sons. There was enough room for four families to stay. The biggest advantage of this apartment is its location. Located on the main street, the supermarket is right in front of the alley. You can walk through the 'Brebent' ski slope using the 'Le Savoy' lift. There is also a bus stop for 'Le Tour' and 'Les Houches' within 5 minutes' walk, so you do not have to make a separate transfer. There is Play Station 2 in the living room. It was great that the children could play games while having an evening break. There are many kinds of games. The staff who helped check-in on the first day and the staff who came to check on the heater were all kind. I will book this apartment again if I visit Chamonix next season.

Great apartment, excellent location

A great apartment for a family of four, close to all facilities and not far from the bus stop, train station and supermarket, with the pedestrianised streets literally one minute away on foot, but quiet at night. The apartment was clean, the kitchenette was well equipped for preparing family meals, and it has a great balcony with magnificent views of Mont Blanc. The Chamonix All Year team, Beth in particular, were very helpful in getting our passes, organising our transfers and providing useful information. We will definitely return to Chamonix and strongly recommend Chamonix All Year.

Paradis ski apartment vacation

Very nice apartment in a beautiful house. You can see both Mont blanc and Le Dru from the balcony. Its very close to the pedestrian street but still very quiet at night. The closest supermarket is about 100 m away. I think its the third or fourth time we rent the same apartment.

Perfect small apartment, perfect location

The Paradis is in a brilliant spot for the Savoy ursery slopes and the Brevent lift. If also 2 mins from the town (Restaurants, Supermarkets) and yet is equally quiet. The two bed is perfect for a small family. Best of all where the Chamonix All Year staff, who could not have been more helpful sorting out hire gear and passes and lessons. We will definitly come back!

Nice apartment in good location

We rented this apartment for our ski-ing holiday and chose this one because of its location. It is very close to the main street of Chamonix where there are many bars and restaurants. It is also just a short walk from the ski-bus stops and about 8 minutes walk from the main train station. The apartment was not quite as spacious as some we have stayed in previously but it had a comfortable living room with nice views and also had a large balcony which got the morning sun. Had the weather been better we would certainly have used the balcony more as it was a nice spot to sit and have morning coffee. The apartment also had a well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms - great when we all arrived back from ski-ing at the same time wanting a hot bath or shower. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Ideal location close to all facilities with short walks to bus stops. Very good apartment but had a few issues which Chamonix All Year attended to very promptly. Needs a new carpet and coffee table in the lounge and could do with a redecoration.

Paradis ski a fantastic apartment

Its the third time we live in Paradis Ski and its a fantastic apartment, very close to the main street but quiet, except for the churchbells,but they are not ringing all the time. Nice balcony with morning sun, there are sun on the balcony to 13.00 something. So breakfast in the morningsun and dinner in the shadow, thats nice those hot days. we think the apartment works very well with two bedrooms, two toiletts and showers. Chamonix all year very helpfull as usual!

Great apartment, great location, very clean. Best place we've stayed so far in Chamonix

Very much liked the apartment, everything was as advertised, very clean and homely. Decent bedrooms, lovely balcony, nice living area, very good showers. Extensive collection of DVDs and Playstation games kept us and the kids amused in the evening. Free pass for the St Michel car park across the road meant that parking was easy and secure. Definitely would stay again

Nice apartment in a perfect location

This is a great apartment with two twin/double bedrooms, although with the sofa bed also out in the lounge to fit 6 it might get a little squashed if staying for an extended break. However, the apartment is very well appointed, clean, and very comfortable. The Chamonix All Year team are also very helpful which takes a lot of hassle out of the admin. Best of all however is the location - a short 5 minute walk (doable in ski boots even for kids) from both the Savoy teleski and Brevent telecabines, and in the other direction a 2 minute walk from Chamonix's pedestrianised town centre with all its shops and restaurants. Couldn't ask for more.
