Welcome to Paradise Retreat, a gated and tranquil community with private beach access. Our charming beach home is only 500 yards from the stunning emerald-green waters and sugar-white beaches. With 4 bedrooms, this spacious house can accommodate up to 10 guests (6 adults and 4 small children).

The open-concept living area features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking, dining, and enjoying quality time together. The large, bright living room includes a 55-inch TV, creating a cozy space for relaxation.

Three KING SIZE beds ensure that everyone enjoys a comfortable night's sleep, with no need to flip a coin for the larger bed. The master bedroom boasts a large en-suite bathroom with a garden tub, separate shower, and double vanity. The other three bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the house, offering extra privacy. The bunk room, featuring 2 twin beds and a full bed with memory foam mattresses, is perfect for children and adults alike.

Our home is warm, inviting, and decorated in a beautiful coastal design that invites you to relax and soak in the ambiance. Miramar Beach Fun

House is as advertised. Pool is nice, the heating being included was great. Wife loved it because it was 8-10 minutes away from everything. The beach is walkable from the property. Beautiful white sand and one of the cleanest I have ever seen.

Amazing Retreat!

Our family had the best stay at this beautiful home! The owners literally thought of everything! From the time we walked in, to the private, heated pool in the backyard, all the way down to the intricate details of amenities, we were in awe. The house was clean, well-maintained and equipped for a family stay. The location is great, from the outlets, restaurants, and the beach! The neighborhood is quiet, safe and very ideal for families. The owners even had bikes for us to use! We would stay here again and highly recommend this lovely home to others! You won't regret it!

Very welcoming home….

Not only is this home beautiful but it is so comfortable and well equipped. Everything you need in the kitchen for cooking and grilling. Top of the line appliances. Also well supplied with personal care items and so many games and sand toys for kids for beach and pool…and speaking of pool, it’s amazing and a good size, grilling and seating area are very comfortable and private. Short walk to convenience store. Walk to beach was nothing for the young ones, a little far for my 77 yr old legs. We, of all ages, enjoyed it so much. All that I expected.

Home away from Home

This property was immaculate. It had more than enough extras to make the trip with the family feel like home. Tons of beach toys and supplies to make the daily beach venture enjoyable and centrally located near anything you could possibly need. We love cooking and the kitchen was spotless. It’s hard to go into someone else’s property and cook a meal and this house had everything we could have possibly needed. We will 100% be coming back and have no need to “try other properties”. This has become our unofficial vacation home. Thank you!!

Spring break 2023

We had a great week here! The home was very well equipped and the location was great! A short walk to the beach, but near many restaurants and stores. The heated pool was fantastic as the weather was still a little bit cool while we were there. Very family friendly. There was a pack and play and high chair available. There are some pool toys and floats, sand toys for the beach, a beach wagon and bikes. The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked several meals and found everything we needed. The owners were great to work with and very responsive on the couple of minor issues we had. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely go back!

Beautiful, clean vacation getaway!

Jessica and Duc were so very easy to communicate with. The house was just as shown in the pictures. The house is fairly well-equipped. Only thing missing was a 9x13 baking dish or two. Otherwise, it was awesome! The heated pool was great, especially with it being a cool week in March. The beach is a 7-10 minute walk from the house, depending on how many toddlers you have (we had 3). We would love to stay here again!

This is a fabulous place to stay-from check in to check out. Very clean and well stocked with basic essentials, pool floats, and beach accessories. The pool was a bonus for my family. Awesome stay and can’t wait to come back!!!

Family Fun Vacation

This property is everything the reviews say! So very impressive! We fell in love with the layout of the house and our kids lived in the private pool. The house is so well stocked and super clean. Loved our week at the beach!

This beach house was lovely and had everything we could have needed or wanted for a week at the beach! The house was very clean and well stocked! The location is great with just a short walk to the beach or an even shorter ride on the nice bicycles provided. Our kids (ages 10-14) enjoyed the bikes and all the toys that were available to them! The owners were very responsive and genuinely cared about our stay. The pool was a huge hit also for everyone! We had the best weather and just an overall perfect trip! Our family has been visiting this area for 10+ years and we all agreed that this beach house was by far our favorite! We can't wait to visit again!

Best visit to Florida by far.

My wife and I decided to visit Florida for the second year in a row with our daughters. Despite the weather reminding us of Texas, or rental property and it’s hosts made up for it. Duc and Jessica are by far the absolute best that you could ask for. We kept in touch until our arrival. They made sure we had all the little things. Remotes to the gates, let me tell you no fun having to get out and key in those codes every time you reenter the property. With the weeks weather, this was a life saver. The property was immaculate. The heated pool was a plus on the days that we were able to go outside. You have both charcoal and gas grills. Even had the opportunity to meet Jessica when she dropped off the second remote for the gate. Xbox, games and a few choices for streaming on the tv with being stuck inside. We didn’t get to enjoy as much sun in the sunshine state as we did the year before but rest assured that if you choose to stay at one of their properties, there will be more than enough things to keep you occupied provided by them. Even on our last day, they wanted to make sure we arrived back to Texas safely. Stayed in touch until we made it home. Would give them 10 stars if I could and look forward to booking with them again in the future.

Great Experience

My family had an excellent stay at this house. The house was very clean, beds and linens were comfortable, and the pool/patio was wonderful after the beach. We were all pleased and would recommend this to any friend. The neighborhood was quite and people very kind. We felt very safe. Few lessons learned: - Rent a golf cart to get around. The walk was too far for my parents to comfortably make it there and back to the beach, plus we had a lot of stuff. You need to provide your own pool and beach towels. We also loved having a golf cart to get around town. - Dollar General is in walking distance - which helped for all the last minute needs or if we needed something for the house. - Order ahead your groceries for pick-up or delivery, it will save you tons of time. - Order your taxi’s at least a day before, they fill up quick. - It was so nice to have an umbrella and chairs reserved. Our family used the same spot every day. The house has tons of extra beach supplies and a lot of things you’ll appreciate if you have babies/toddlers!

Spectacular property

Been going to Destin since 2012 and this is by far the best property we have stayed at. Plenty of room comfy beds location is right in the heart of some good restaurants the private pool was fabulous. O and don’t forget the small things Jessica and Duc go far beyond other owners to leave u plenty of the everyday essentials which means less shopping. Response was swift and very friendly to any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again
