Unit 110 - West View Platinum Unit w/ FREE BEACH SERVICE

Islander Condo #110 is a West View, Platinum Unit that sleeps up to 6 people. This unit is perfect if you want to be near the pool and do not want to fight the stairs or elevator. It is 50 feet away from the pool and the balcony steps on to grass. Step into our tropical paradise conveniently located for quick and easy access to the beach or your choice of two pools.

The kitchen is recently renovated and open, with new appliances, Keurig, Air Fryer, granite countertops, and is fully equipped with all the tools to meet your cooking needs. Gather around the new dining room table that seats 6 with a bench or relax in the living area with new furniture to watch the 38”TV with digital cable access. There is a queen sleeper sofa available for guests.

The master bedroom has a king bed with new, modern bedding, and a 22" TV. The bathroom has been recently been updated with new vanity, countertops with double sinks, and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom boasts 2 twin sized beds with modern furnishings a 22” TV and a DVD player. The guest bathroom has been updated with a new vanity and granite countertops.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Likes-pools are very warm and clean, beach is very clean and the complimentary chairs are wonderful. Location is perfect. Price was good for what we got. Staff is A++. Dislikes-I thought the unit could be cleaner, kids feet were black going barefoot. We wish more things had been provided such as hand soap to wash hands and salt and pepper. We also had to take the trash out and remove linens before we left, which we pay for so didn’t feel like we should have to do that ourselves Property is a bit dated, in my opinion. Overall I think we’d stay here again.

The bathroom doors are all tore up at the bottoms like they have been wet, behind the bed side table there was white mold. The room smelt musty when we arrive. Seems like the room has had water damage. I feel like the rules should be more enforced at the pools. We seen lots of smoking cigarettes and pot at the pools and tons of drinking beer in the pools. We stayed with you all last summer and loved it and the unit thats why we came back this year. But this trip has made us very hesitant to stay with you all again.

Gone to the Dogs

The property was clean as far as the condo goes. The laundry room that was shared really smelled badly. The vending machines were in that room as well, the smell ruined any wanting of a snack! There was other visiters that had a large dog that got into the pool with them and stayed with them at the pool. It was a large dog and was intimidating to other guests. This went against all the rules. This was at the East Condo location. THe location was not within walking distance to anything and we had to take a cab everywhere we wanted to go.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was exactly as expected and clean. The pools and hot tubs were nice. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that the lobby had some boards and beach items for the ocean. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed here for the past 10 years and are so happy each and every time. The rooms are always clean and the amenities are nice. Having the umbrella and 2 chairs is very nice to have and not have to lag them back and forth from the room to the beach. The only recommendation I have is lowering the heat on the hot tubs, they were to the point of it being painful to get it. I met a few different families that felt the same as us concerning the hot tub.
