Villa Sea Side spreads over 1200 m2 and residential part consists of three units or three houses. There is main house in the center and two others located on the left and right of the main house. Villa Sea Side has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 + 2 people.

In the garden of Villa Sea Side, there is a swimming pool with sun loungers and comfortable seating furniture for relaxing.

The main house has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining area, comfortable living room and guest bathroom. On the first floor,there is a spacious master bedroom with access to the terrace with seating furniture and amazing view.

On the left side of the main house there is Annex House - Sea Side Dream 1 and it consists of one bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom. Through sliding glass doors open this room is connected to the terrace with a pool.

On the right side of the main residence there is Annex House - Sea Side Dream 2. There is modern bedroom with a double bed, en suite bathroom and with a sea view.

Third annex is Annex House - Sea Side Dream 3 it is situated on entrance to the main garden, and it has a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with shower.
