This wonderful 2 bedroom cottage is conveniently located less then 1 mile from downtown Pigeon Forge. Tastefully decorated with a modern charm. The cottage features a full kitchen, living room with a stacked stone gas fireplace and two full bedrooms along. This cottage has an attached garage making it perfect for the car or motorcycle enthusiast. Located just minutes from all attractions and the Great Smoky Mountains. Covered front porch makes the evening melt away after a long day exploring this beautiful area.

Fireplaces are operational from October 15th - March 15th depending on weather.

A Wonderful Get-A-Way!

This was one of our nicest Pigeon Forge get a says. The house was decorated for Christmas making us feel at home when we arrived. Staff checked in with us a few times before and after our arrival to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We will be staying here again.

Amazing Time

Much needed vacation

We had a great time!! The house was just beautiful. Just off the parkway with none of the noise. We could be anywhere within minutes. The shower was a big plus, beautifully decorated, lovely wood floors. No carpet is a biggie for us!! We will definitely come back and stay here again!! Great company to deal with, we have been staying in these garden homes for years!!! See y’all again soon!! Natalie A

Great location!

My husband and I brought our grandkids to the area for end of the summer fun before school started. This property did not disappoint…it was clean, well-equipped and a great location for all the fun Pigeon Forge has to offer. This home was beautifully decorated and I especially loved all the references to faith and family. We would definitely stay again!

Location Perfect

First timers to Pigeon Forge and the location was perfect for all the activities we had planned for our stay. The house was ample for our needs, washer/dryer was a bonus, and the one-car garage was great!

Ministry shut in

Great. 2 things the tv service needs an update. the money spent needs tv programs up to date. batteries in spare bedroom missing. i would stay again if tv is upgraded. thanks

Cozy home

My family and I stayed here for 6 nights in June. The house was located just off of the main road in Pigeon Forge with all of the attractions very close by. It was a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots, pans, and utensils to make cooking a meal convenient. The beds were comfy, even the fold out sofa bed was much better than most. The pool was nice for the kids to enjoy. Overall, this property was very well kept and just as it appears in pictures. Only suggestion would be to get a larger kitchen trash can. Very very minor thing.

This property is exactly as pictured & described. Our second stay at this beautiful, comfortable condo. Quiet neighborhood off the main highway but close to everything. Property manager was awesome to deal with. We would definitely stay here again if we are fortunate enough to visit in the future.

This is a Great place to stay for people needing wheelchairs!

I took my aging mom to see Dolly Parton's Stampede. This rental was very close to that venue and other things in Pigeon Forge. Gatlinburg was only 25 minutes away also. My mom has difficulty getting around so she uses a wheelchair some. This property was all on one level and was perfect!

Great location

We were only there for 2 nights but really enjoyed how accessible it was. Very easy to stop by for restroom breaks or for a quick snack. There was a smoke detector chirping that I couldn’t manage track down but we were only there to sleep so not a big deal. The only negative experience we had was the toilet paper provided. The wife was not happy with it and compared it to sandpaper. In my opinion it’s a pretty nice place and as long as you bring your own TP then you should have a great stay.
