This sought after BEACHFRONT unit welcomes you to a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, fridge, stove, BBQ, patio furnishings, Cable flat screen TV, air conditioning, washer/dryer, Queen bed in the master, two Queen beds in the second bedroom, and a Queen and Single bed in the garage (downstairs) along with second bathroom, and is tastefully decorated. Lots of room for the whole family. Located on the fourth row from the water, only steps to the 800' private beach and private boat slip for quick access to both Shuswap Lake, Mara Lake and up the River. The Lake is beautiful, warm, clean and not congested or over populated.

Classic family holiday in Sicamous

Had an amazing family holiday. The home was exactly what we needed for our young family of 5. Beaches, restaurants, ice cream, biked everywhere, what more could you ask for!!

Condo was great, had everything we needed for a family of five and then some. Perfect for a boating holiday, the lakes are amazing, loved having the boat slip. Beach was great and the complex is well kept.

Great summer gettaway!

We really enjoyed the location and amenities of this unit. Very quiet and friendly complex. Unit is easy and direct walk to dock and beach. The owners were great to deal with, very easy going and quick to respond. Unit has plenty of sleeping areas, the lower (garage) area is a real bonus if you have teenagers with you! A/C is in living room only and very loud. We hit a heat wave for our entire stay, otherwise it likely wouldn't be as big of a deal. On hot days you cannot sit on front patio during the day. Overall we were very happy and would recommend.
