Casa di Patrick is located in Costarainera historical centre. A complete renovation combines original vaults and stone walls with a fascinating modern architectural design. A rooftop terrace offers stunning views and is ideal for sunbathing. From the ground floor a wide staircase leads to the first floor. Apartment is a dream!
The ground floor consists of two bedrooms (each with a double bed) and a bathroom with shower.
The first floor consists of a dining room that opens on one side to a living room with sofa bed for 2 persons and on the other side to a modern, well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a nice window with sea view. An adjacent bathroom is also available.
The third floor offers a panoramic terrace (ideal for sunbathing) with a 180° panoramic view of Costarainera and the Mediterranean Sea.
The accommodation is fully equipped! We offer to our customers: air conditioning and heating, wi-fi internet connection, washing machine, dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchenette!
Pets are not allowed in this apartment. We recommend you to park your car at the free car parking 200 meters away.

Please note that a deposit of EUR 200 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.
Bed linen provided.
