séjour découverte dans les Dolomites

Gîte particulièrement bien placé pour découvrir les Dolomites. Nous aurions aimé, un peu plus de luminosité dans le gîte, et la présence d'une cafetière électrique (filtre ou capsules peu importe) ainsi que celle d'un micro onde. La literie était très confortable. La barrière de la langue aura été responsable d'un manque de communication avec l'hébergeur. Et la présence du Labrador du propriétaire trop bon gardien (certes attaché à une corde, mais lui permettant largement de venir jusqu'à l'escalier qui montait à notre logement) a légitimement inquiété une partie de notre groupe qui n'osait pas entrer ou sortir seul du logement... Les vues sur 4 orientations nous ont permis d'apprécier le paysage, celle du balcon était particulièrement agréable. Le calme environnant nous a également convenu. Nous gardons le souvenir d'une agréable semaine.

Un appartamento molto bello..spazioso e luminoso. Con tre balconi ampi e una splendida vista. Padrona di casa disponibile e ospitale. Anche i nostri 2 cani sono stati accolti con affetto e sono stati bene.

Propiedad tranquila en paraje idílico

El piso es muy amplio, está equipado con todo lo necesario e impecablemente limpio. Está en un sitio precioso, junto al lago de Mosigo, en una zona tranquila de San Vito, a cuyo centro se puede ir andando. La casa tiene jardín y 3 terrazas con vistas preciosas a la montaña, así como un parque infantil cerca. La propietaria vive debajo y es muy amable y discreta. Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable y volveríamos encantados.

schöne und ruhige Wohnung in toller Umgebung

Wir haben die eineinhalb Wochen in der Wohnung und in den Dolomiten sehr genossen. Giuliana und ihre Töchter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und bietet eine herrliche Aussicht auf die Dolomiten. Auch ist sie ein super Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren und Wanderungen.

Geräumige Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, nette Vermieterin, ruhige Wohngegend, perfekte Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Gebiet um Cortina. 200m vom Haus entfernt Spielplatz und kleines Fußballfeld.

Soggiorno molto confortevole, nell'app.to c'è tutto quello che serve , la proprietaria è una persone squisita e la kira ( il labrador) uno spasso. Ottima la posizione lontana dal traffico di agosto! Un sonno rigenerante in totale silenzio . Ottimi anche i tre balconi sempre molto utili. Posto strategico per passeggiate e gite di ogni tipo.

Very comfortable stay

We had a great stay. A lovely apartment and top floor so it was very quiet. Good place to access all the major hikes in the area and facilities nearby. Very accommodating and friendly hosts. Read the policies section as we didn’t realise we had to pay extra for be linen, cleaning etc.

Beautiful location and great hosts

The property is actually nicer than what conveyed by the picture. The views are really amazing and Cortina (with all the passes) can be reached in 15 minutes. The hosts are incredibly nice and welcomed us as family. Grazie!

couple adorable ds un environnement magnifique

Nous avons adoré le gentil couple que forme Giuliana et son mari. Toujours prêt a nous aider pour découvrir leur magnifique région. L'appartement est joli avec des décors et meubles authentiques. Fijn vakantiehuisje

We hebben genoten van het mooie chalet met fijne keuken en lieve eigenaren, die ons nog advies gaven over mooie wandelingen, een heerlijke apfelstroedel voor ons hebben gebakken en ons hun fietsen hebben geleend. Het balkonnetje was fijn met mooi uitzicht. Helaas konden we daar niet met het hele gezin zitten, maar we mochten wel gebruik maken van zitgelegenheid in de tuin.

Confortevole, tranquilla.

Location tranquilla, nel verde, appena fuori San Vito, facile accesso a tutto il comprensorio di Cortina. Appartamento ampio, confortevole, bene arredato e attrezzato, bagni ampi e puliti, materassi comodi, balconi fruibili. Accoglienza cordiale e premurosa, molte indicazioni utili. Proprietari abitano al piano inferiore: presenti ma discreti. Speriamo di tornare. Lo consigliamo.,

Splendido soggiorno

Siamo stati ospiti per 10 magnifici giorni, l'appartamento pulito, perfetto, dotato di ogni comfort. Da ogni finestra della casa si gode uno splendido panorama.Piero e Giuliana si sono rivelate persone squisite ed abbiamo avuto degli ottimi consigli sulle passeggiate da fare. A nostra disposizione abbiamo avuto anche delle ottime biciclette per poter pedalare sulla pista ciclabile vicina. Ideale per famiglie, noi con le nostre 3 ragazze ci siamo trovati molto bene e speriamo di poter tornare in un futuro.

Very pleasant property in a great setting.

We had a great week based in the apartment which was spacious and clean. The owners live below were very helpful, and we enjoyed a bbq in the garden. They also gave us advice on the hikes and via ferrata we were doing. Our children were happy to wander down to the small lake and play on the zip-wire there on their own. We walked into St Vito for Pizza and ice-cream on a couple of occasions - there is a good range of shops and restaurants there. Thoroughly recommended.

very nice flat

Seems we have finally found the right apartment for our annual skiing holiday in the Cortina d'Ampezzo area. The apartment is spacious, cosy and very nice. You have a separate entrance from the back of the house. The apartment comprises the whole roof floor with a great view of the dolomites (Antelao, Pelmo, Tofana) from the balconies and bathroom windows. There is a big balcony from the living room and two balconies from the sleeping rooms. There was full sun even in February (I had been a bit worried before). Very nice: the big living room area with integrated kitchen and dining table and a nice tiled oven (free wood on the balcony). There is no English or German TV, but as the W-Lan was free the children were happy. Walking to the skibus (in skiboots and carrying skis) will take you about 8 - 10 minutes with an uphill part at the end. So you rather take the car. It's a 10 - 15 minutes ride to Cortina on a very easy road in great landscape. Skiers: don't miss all the different skiing areas in Cortina (Faloria and Monte Cristallo with the free car park in between at Rio Gere; the Tofana area with a convenient and pretty side access from Son dei Prade; and the Cinque Torri area with connection to the Falzarego pass and Lagazuoi). San Vito is a pretty little place (we prefer it to Cortina). There is a small skiing area and a nice little Coop where the whole family enjoys doing the shopping (so you don't need do the shopping in Cortina). The owners of the house live on the first floor. They were very kind and gentle. So is daughter Valeria ( lives with her family in a new house next door). Don't worry: the area and the apartment itself is absolutely quiet and there was no noise whatsoever and only a normal short introduction !!! We will happily come back.

SOGGIORNO PERFETTO

Soggiorno perfetto in una cornice ideale. Casa molto spaziosa dotata di tutti i confort necessari (abbiamo soggiornato con una neonata di 10 giorni…), pulita e ben organizzata, con un bel giardino, a tre minuti dal lago e a 10 dal centro del Paese. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili

Perfetta collocazione

Appartamento di bellissimo aspetto e pieno di tutti i confort possibili compresa una grande stube nella sala adattissima a riscaldare il soggiorno e la cucina. I proprietari sono una cordialissima coppia sempre pieni di gentilezza e disponibilità . Io ho soggiornato con 3 amici in questo appartamento per una settimana e il nostro vito e senza dubbio 10!! VACANZA IN CADORE

Casa molto comoda, spaziosa, razionale, ottimamente attrezzata. Posto tranquillo, fuori dal traffico ma comodo per il paese, quattro passi a piedi. Su tutti e quattro i lati vista sulle montagne (Pelmo a S, Tofane a W, Croda Marcora e Sorapiss a N, Antelao a E, mica male!!). Poi proprietari gentilissimi, esperti sia sui tracciati escusrsionistici e che sulle vie alpinistiche. Ma cosa volete di più....

Abbiamo soggiornato più volte in questa accogliente ed elegante dimora in stile ampezzano ed ogni volta siamo rimasti incantati dalla vista mozzafiato che si gode dalle sue finestre. A ciò fanno riscontro l'appartamento spazioso, confortevole ed elegante e la cordialità dei proprietari che sono in grado di fornirvi ottimi suggerimenti. Il padrone di casa è espertissimo circa le escursioni, i posti più caratteristici da visitare e per l'ottima conoscenza delle piste da sci. La signora invece vi svelerà tutti i segreti della cucina ampezzana di cui è piacevolmente esperta.
