This is a return visit to this apartment for us

The upstairs/downstairs. The apartment was ready for us early which is always nice after an early morning flight. Thank you A lot of the pots, pans & cutlery were dirty when we arrived but I just pushed them all in the dishwasher on the first morning.

This is the most lovely apartment I’ve stayed in to date in Marina Real. I loved that it was a generous duplex. It made it feel like my own little house. I would just say that for a larger group the balcony is quite tiny. Perfect for just one or two. But the view more than made up for its size.

Holiday by the sea in Duquesa

Access to the port area and coastal promenade. Easy access to a sandy beach with beach cafes and sun beds. Local food shopping only 5 minutes walk, also butchers shop. Great choice of cafes and Restaurants in the port area and Marina. Also sunny balcony and private pool in the complex . Some English speaking Tv!

Good apartment, good location…

The view from the balcony was great, we could wake up every morning and see the sea. It was relaxing with a cup of tea. The apartment was located right in the Marina so we wasn’t far away from the Main hub with the bars and restaurants, and we was a short walk to the beach. The apartment had everything we needed to live for the week. The Dequesa estates staff were super friendly and handover was quick and simple. Apartment wasn’t clean when we arrive, one shelf in the kitchen was dirty with mould on it. The toilets hadn’t been cleaned and neither did the sinks. Behind and under the beds there was lots of dark hair. The air conditioning didn’t work in both bedrooms upstairs.

Lo mejor es la ubicación, está al lado de la playa. Algo importante también es que tiene parking. El alojamiento está muy bien y está muy bien equipado. Los detalles que no me gustaron y que hicieron que mi estancia no fuera genial fueron dos: 1. No pudimos poner el aire acondicionado porque la vecina ( la de al lado justo donde se encuentra la máquina del aire) se me quejaba de que hacía mucho ruido y le molestaba. 2. Y el segundo detalle era el olor a atasco que de vez en cuando había en el piso, sobre todo en los baños.
