Welcome to our cozy, quiet and modern apartment with two separate bedrooms for maximum 5 guests. The apartment is south-facing and located on the sunny side between Zell am See and Kaprun in the peaceful district of Fürth, offering a stunning view over Kaprun and the Kitzsteinhorn ski area and its glacier. The locals from Zell call this area "the sunny mountain" of Zell and it is the perfect starting point for hiking trips in the summer and downhill/nordic skiing adventures in the winter.
The apartment, with a total living area (balcony included) of 54 sqm, has an alpine living room with a tiled stove, dining area as well as a sofa and a Satellite-TV. It is further equipped with a modern and compact kitchen, dishwasher, bathroom with shower and toilet, 2 bedrooms and an entrance area with a coat rack. Last but not least, the apartment has a south-facing sunny balcony that provides a breathtaking mountain view.

To the apartment belongs also a ski cellar (storage for skis and bikes) and one parking spot for the guests. Please note that bedlinen and towels are available to rent for 10 EUR per person/stay.

In the winter, the area offers plenty of amazing and challenging ski opportunities. The Kaprun ski resort and the snow-safe glacier "Kitzsteinhorn" (3,203 m) is only a few minutes drive away. The Areitbahn (4 km away) that will take you to Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See in a heartbeat is also only a few minutes drive away (ski bus stops merely 300 m away from the apartment).

You can enjoy endless mountain pleasure with 408 kilometres of ski slopes with one ski ticket: the Ski ALPIN CARD offers premium skiing in the ski resorts of the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See the Kitzsteinhorn Kaprun and Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn.

The apartment is also the perfect starting point for hiking trips and mountain biking in the summer season. You can also reach the 36-hole Golf Course of Zell am See-Kaprun (2.5 km away) and the TAUERN SPA, one of Austria's most modern spa resorts with numerous pools and saunas (1.7 km away), within a few minutes. The beautiful Lake Zell is only a short bike or car ride away.

The charming and cozy town Zell am See (only 6.5 km away or a 10-min drive) offers a wide range of shopping, dining and bar opportunities as well as a splendid view over the Lake Zell. A trip to Zell am See with the local train (Pinzgauer Lokalbahn) from Fürth (stops only a few minutes walk from the apartment) is highly recommended.

The closest supermarket is SPAR Kaprun (1.5 km away) or MPreis in Piesendorf (only 2.4 km away).

Super gemütliche FeWo mit tollem Berg-Panorama
Hi Familie Junker-Nilsson, wir haben die Winterwoche in eurer Wohnung sehr genossen! Die Wohnung und die Küche sind super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und die Umgebung ist herrlich! Man kann direkt von der Wohnung zu tollen Wanderungen aufbrechen oder unkompliziert mit dem Linienbus zwei Top-Skigebiete schnell erreichen. Vielen Dank!

Gepflegte Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gepflegt und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Beschreibung des online-Inserates stimmt mit dem Ist-Zustand überein. Vom Wohn-/Essraum hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf Kaprun und den Maiskogel. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ermöglicht eine hervorragende Erreichbarkeit des Alpinzentrums Kaprun. Der Check-In-Vorgang verlief reibungslos und die Vermieter erwiesen sich als sehr gut erreichbar, zuverlässig, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Einziger Vorschlag zur Verbesserung betrifft das Dreierhochbett im Schlafraum der Kinder. Durch die drei Betten ist der Schlafraum für einen 10- und 14-jährigen zu beengt. Zudem waren die Bettgitter zu locker, so dass wir unsere Kinder aus Sicherheitsbedenken dort nicht haben schlafen lassen. Unser Vorschlag: das Dreierhochbett durch ein neues Zweierhochbett ersetzen, um die Wertigkeit des Kinderschlafraumes dem sehr guten Gesamteindruck der gesamten Ferienwohnung anzupassen.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt idyllisch und ist gut zu erreichen. Allerdings war die Wohnung sehr klein und beengend, also eher für 2 Personen zu empfehlen. Der Wohn- & Essbereich bat als einziges genug Platz für 4 Personen. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist mit Allem was man benötigt ausgestatt. Der Blick vom Balkon übers Tal nach Kaprun, Maiskogel und Gebirge ist beeindruckend. Kaprun und Zell am See sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrparteienhaus im 3.OG. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Gute Ausstattung der Küche. Toller Ausblick vom Balkon, leider verläuft die Durchgangsstraße etwa 200m entfernt und ist recht stark befahren. Das stört ein klein wenig die Idylle auf dem gemütlichen Balkon. Im Inneren der Wohnung ist die Straße nicht zu hören. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt, sie ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen, bietet ausreichend Platz und ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt super ausgestattet! Der Self-Checkin verlief reibungslos und die Gastgeber*innen stehen für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Umgebung wie Kaprun und Zell am See sind fußläufig bzw. mit Bus und Zug sehr gut zu erreichen.

Wunderbar
Ein wundervoller Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Wohnung. Den Blick aufs Wiesbachhorn (ich glaube zumindest, dass es das Große Wiesbachorn ist^^) vom Balkon vermisse ich jetzt schon. Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Hervorzuheben: Schnelles und stabiles W-LAN, das auch den Ansprüchen einer puberierenden 13jährigen gerecht wurde. Insgesamt alles, wie in der Objektbeschreibung dargestellt vorgefunden. Dankeschön!

Why they chose this property

The surrounding mountains and the region have everything to offer for some days of relaxing both in winter and summer and the selection of sport activities that are offered throughout the year are truly one of the best in Austria. The ski area, part of the Ski Circus, offers skiing fun at the highest level. With 270 kilometres of ski slopes, it is one of the largest ski areas in Austria. Beginners, families and experts can use 140 km blue, 112 km red and 18 km of black slopes. With 70 cableways and lifts, more than 60 cosy ski huts, numerous snow parks, a freeride park, floodlight slopes and toboggan runs, Salzburg's skiing region is one of the most diverse and best ski areas in the Alps!

The surroundings of Skiers Lodge also offer best opportunities to spend a summer holiday between mountain, lake and glacier. Woken up by the morning sun shining through the window, you look at the breath-taking mountain scenery and the wonderful landscape with anticipation. There are hundreds of Kilometers of hiking trails, basically starting outside the entrance door of Skiers Lodge. Sporty hikers are rewarded with impressive summits during their demanding day excursions. Pleasure hikers choose to get up the mountain with the gondolas in order to explore the Salzburg mountain world in a comfortable and effortless way. If you want to tackle it a bit faster, take your mountain bike and use the enormous route network in Austria’s coolest biking region.
