The district:
The district of El Putxet is located in the upper area of Barcelona. It is one of the districts inhabited by the upper class of Barcelona. El Putxet is a mountain situated between the districts of Vallcarca and Sant Gervasi. During the 19th century, it was a place where the inhabitants used to spend their summer. However, later on, due to the construction of better infrastructures, it became a residential zone of the upper class of the city. Payments:
Once the documentation has been received you will receive instructions on how to proceed with different payments during your reservation.To confirm your reservation, you would have to pay the following amount depending on the duration of your stay: - 1 month: you will have to pay the 30% of the total amount of your reservation.- 2 months or more: you will have to pay the first month of your stay.The pending amount for your reservation has to be paid on arrival.If your reservation is longer than a month, you will have to do monthly payments
Utilities:
The utilities will be included in the total amount of the reservation, but up to a monthly amount between 175 € and 275 € per month depending on the square meters of the apartment. If the amount stipulated in the contract is exceeded, it will be deducted from the deposit.
Signing the contract:
Once we have received the payment and the documents required, your reservation will be confirmed and you will have to sign a contract with the rental conditions which will include the duration of the stay, the established costs and the terms and conditions of the use of the apartment. The signature of the contract will be made on the day of the delivery of the keys if all the documents and payments have been delivered.
Security deposit:
You will have to pay a security deposit that will depend on the duration of your stay:- 1 month: 500 €- 2 months: 700 €- 3 months: 900 €If your reservation is longer than 4 months you will have to pay 1 or 2 months as a security deposit depending on the duration of your stay.The deposit is used to guarantee coverage of any damage caused to the apartment or its contents. By accepting our terms and conditions of use, you agree that any damage caused by you or any of your companions will be deducted from the deposit and that you will also be responsible for any damage exceeding the value of the deposit.The deposit will be refunded within 30 days after the end of the contract, provided that the client leaves the apartment clean and in good condition after the final inspection.
