Great spring break

Our family of 5 stayed during Spring Break and really enjoyed the house. There was more than enough space to spread out and relax! The location is ideal - convenient to everything at the resort - and the owner was very responsive to our questions. I love that the community has an established noise policy so it’s very quiet all night long. We would definitely stay here again!

My family had the most wonderful trip and comfortable stay in 137 Grand Pavilion. The house was equipped with everything we needed and it was in the most absolute perfect location. Would definitely recommend and would book again! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful Home and Location

The location of this home was so convenient to the beach, pools and all the shops near Sweetgrass. My niece, Hayden Wilson, is an artist at The Gallery at Sweetgrass and we were able to visit the gallery and dine at all the restaurants near there. The furniture was beautiful and I enjoyed sitting on the porch each morning and evening. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Vacation

We just returned from a stay at this property and our party of six had a great experience. The property manager was very responsive and friendly. The home was exactly as described and the updated rooms were well-appointed and comfortable. The location is perfect and the Wild Dunes amenities are a plus. We would definitely return.

We had a great time. The property was as listed. Would have liked to have a little larger common living space for 8 people but we made it work. There were a couple small things in the kitchen I cleaned up upon arrival. Nothing big. Well stocked. Extra towels left which was nice. Easy walk to the beach(2 building away) but no real beach view. Nowhere to bbq. Pools were fine and easy to get to. Owner was very responsive!! Description was accurate. One suggestion would be to provide a detailed description for getting to the property. Once inside the Wild Dunes property it seems all streets, including turns, are named Grand Pavillion.

So good we stayed a second time!

This continues to be a great place to stay. There were improvements and updates since our last visit including new furniture with ample seating in the sunroom and new chairs in the porch and new flooring. Nicely decorated. Great location with a short walk to the beach and pools. Kristin the manager is very responsive and helpful!

IOP Beach Time

We had a wonderful time at the beach while staying at this property. The setup worked very well for our group of eight. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, pools, and Wild Dunes amenities. The host was very attentive and gracious, going above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We had a minor situation with the previous renters locking the room where the beach chairs were stored. The host quickly made arrangements to get the door unlocked the next day and paid for chair and umbrella rental for the first day since we didn’t have immediate access to the beach chairs. The gesture was much appreciated. Thanks for making our beach trip a success!

Nice Location…Needs Some Updates

We felt that this location was a nice and convenient location, but it was evident to us that there are number of updates that need to be done here. There were very few dishes and cooking stuff there, and what was there was the cheapest stuff you could get. The doors, latches, faucets, fixtures, appliances, etc were all the cheapest builder grade stuff. The location is nice unless there is a party going on…in that case you are screwed. There was a very loud wedding party right outside our room and it didn’t stop until after 10pm. The owner was nice, and willing to answer questions, but it really wouldn’t take much to make this place nice.

This condo is exceptional, plenty of space in Wild Dunes. Condo was immaculate! Next to the beach and close to all of the amazing resort amenities. Staff couldn’t have been nicer or more personable. Special thanks to the nice lady in the boutique at the Sweet Grass Inn! She was so welcoming and kind with our purchases!! Also thank you to the nice lady that would bring me a cup of coffee to go every morning! I 100% recommend this property!!

15th bday staycation

Perfect little in-town getaway for the weekend. We just live over in Mt Pleasant but wanted to do a special weekend "away" for our daughter's 15th birthday. My husband and I hosted my daughter and a handful of her friends for a sleepover and beach/pool time. The house was perfectly arranged for this. We took the top floor bedroom, and slept soundly while the girls all took the bedrooms on the lower floors. PLENTY of bathroom space for 8 girls to get ready for dinner all at once. The beach is as described - a 60-second walk from the condo. The pools are nice too, and the beach bar/grill right there at the pools is super convenient, although very expensive. As other reviewers have stated, the carpet throughout the unit is old, but I understand it's being replaced this fall. That upgrade will make this home complete! Wish we could have stayed longer, but it was super last minute and just what we needed for a memorable weekend!

Close to everything!

Perfect location for having two toddlers! Right near the pool, park, beach, and restaurants. Having access to all of these things within a short walk makes life so much easier with little kids and minimizes time in the car and maximizes time with family! Loved that the bedrooms are large and on different floors, which allows for more privacy. Kitchen and living area are not huge but perfect for a beach place and encourages us to spend more time outside!

We have lived in Charleston for 27 years. This is the second rental home our family has purchased in Wild Dunes. We have rented our first house since 2004 and with rave reviews. It has been a great joy to share our home with families getting together for vacations & holidays; tennis teams and golfers enjoying their sport, and friends spending special times together. We live 30 minutes away from Wild Dunes, take great pride in being available to our guests, keeping our home is in excellent condition, and ensuring our guests have a wonderful vacation!

Why they chose this property

Our home is an ideal location – steps away from the oceanfront and the Boardwalk ocean front pools. You have full access to the oceanfront Boardwalk pools when you rent from us. Each of our four large bedrooms has their own private bathroom and television. Bedrooms are very large with plenty of room for pack and plays and there is abundant closet space!

What makes this property unique

Our home is a a one minute walk to the oceanfront and a minute walk to the Boardwalk pools and shops. We are across the street from the tennis courts, bike shop and trails, and Harbor Golf Course. There is no need to get in your car the entire stay!
