It doesn't get any "SWEETER" than our Boardwalk Beach Resort 2 Bedroom - 2 Bath Condo in Panama City Beach! Stay right on the BEACH and take in the stunning views of the Gulf. The BEST part is our guests get to enjoy FREE Ice Cream at our Hershey's Beach Ice Cream Shop...Dessert is on us throughout your stay!

We would love for you rent our condo...and are confident you will love it as much as we do! What sold us was the MILLION dollar view of the Gulf of Mexico at one of the nicest Condo Resorts in Panama City Beach!

Boardwalk Beach Resort is right on the Gulf and there is plenty of private beach space you won’t be crowded! Boardwalk’s location is ideal…away from excessive traffic and you are just walking distance to Pineapple Willie’s, Juan Taco, Alvin’s Island, Signal Hill Golf Course, and Hershey’s Beach Ice Cream Shop! Shopping, family fun entertainment, mini-golf, go-carts, and numerous restaurants are all within 1 mile of Boardwalk!

You will be amazed at the Spectacular VIEW of the Gulf blue-green water and the world’s most beautiful beaches! We LOVE sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins play in the Gulf and taking in the stunning SUNSETS!

We made a number of recent updates and enhancements to the condo...It is truly one of the nicest condos at Boardwalk! We wanted to create a feel of comfort and HOME at the beach…for us and our guests. And, to add a little fun during your stay...we will put you on the VIP guest list at our Hershey's Beach Ice Cream Shop where you can enjoy complimentary Ice Cream for you and your family daily throughout your entire stay!

FAMILIES with children are WELCOME! We have available a portable crib, high chair, toddler cups/dishes, and swim toys. We have plenty of beach chairs, beach umbrella, and sand toys for kids.

The Gulf front Master Bedroom features a plush, pillow-top mattress, floor to ceiling windows, and opens to a gulf-front balcony...You will LOVE waking up to the million dollar view of the beach and Gulf!

The adjoining master bath is spacious and stocked with resort quality bath towels and features a large double sink vanity, garden tub, and separate shower area...plenty of room to get ready to go out and enjoy all PCB has to offer.

The guest bedroom features a pillow-top queen size mattress and adjoins the guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The living room is Gulf front and windows are floor to ceiling...from every angle you see views of the blue-green water! The living room features a leather pull-out queen sleeper sofa & love seat. For the Sports fan, we have added flat screen 55” Smart TV with upgraded cable and SPORTS package- SEC and Big10 football! Also, included is a password protected high speed WIFI internet.

The kitchen has every amenity one could need for preparing meals. All NEW stainless appliances, Keurig coffee maker, and large capacity washer/dryer. The best part is dessert is on us! Enjoy FREE sweet treats at our Hershey's Beach Ice Cream Shop...just a two minute walk from the condo! Come as often as you like for ice cream cones, sundaes, shakes, and more!

Don’t worry about bringing or buying soap, cleaning supplies, paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc...the condo is fully stocked for your stay! We provide one parking pass and resort wristbands for each guest.

Boardwalk has PCB's largest private beach, with a super sized beachfront lagoon pool and kids Splash Zone. If you don't feel like cooking, Boardwalk has "Under the Boardwalk Tiki-bar and Grill" located Gulf front...just steps from the beach and the pool deck. The food and live music are both excellent and entertaining!

Perfect Getaway

My daughter and I have been coming to PCB the past several years. This was the first year staying at this condo and we will definitely stay here again. The condo was beautiful and well stocked with everything you needed. We were on the 21st floor and never had issues waiting for elevators. Jeff was kind and easy to communicate with. We can’t wait for next year.

Awesome Vacation!

This condo was perfect! It had everything we needed, including lots of beach toys which was perfect for our little ones. Marla was super responsive with any question/concern and was very accommodating. The free ice cream each day was an awesome added bonus…probably the best part of the whole vacation for our kids! :) The view off the balcony was amazing and we loved having an onsite tiki bar/restaurant for fun beach drinks and a quick and easy lunch. The pool, splash pad, and hot tubs were also great. I could go on and on…we will definitely be back!

Spring Break

Beautiful condo with amazing views of the ocean! Jeff and Marla were incredible hosts and great with communication. The complementary ice cream, was the icing on the cake for our girls. The beach and pool were very clean and easily accessible. Our favorite part of the trip was watching the dolphins from the balcony, along with the beautiful sunsets. This truly was a memorable trip with our girls!

AMAZING FIVE OUT OF FIVE

Myself and my family loved staying here! We are really looking forward to our next stay. The condo is beautiful the couch is comfy and the bed in the master is super comfy! The location is perfect with all the essentials and touristy things super close! The security staff is very kind around the pool area and the sunsets here were beyond beautiful. We drank coffee in the morning on the patio and watched the sunset every night. If you are looking for relaxation and a homey stay this place is perfect!

Decor is so cute and beachy! Enjoyed our stay with family. It could have been cleaned a little better, but overall awesome experience! And the free ice cream was so awesome, my toddler loved it! Great perk to the beach house.

Fantastic vacation

This condo met our needs in every way. The check in was simple and when we got to the condo was immediately impressed with the cleanliness and the beautiful decor. The fully stocked kitchen had everything you could need. The view was amazing and we enjoyed every minute of watching the dolphins and activities up & down the beach. I highly recommend this unit. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever found in a condo. We slept wonderfully every night. Jeff and Marla were always speedy in responding to messages and informing us when the condo was ready for check in. Plus we enjoyed visiting their ice cream shop several times during our stay. Every flavor we tired was delicious. They also had extra things stocked that made it much more convenient such as laundry/dish detergent, cleaning supplies, spices, etc. The security on the grounds was evident. The only downfall was that my husband, who works out everyday, was disappointed that guests don't have access to the fitness room. Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations and we would vacation here again.

LOVE this Condo!

Great trip

We had a great trip. We had a minor issue when our code wouldn’t work but they quickly got it fixed. My only concern was the deadbolt being at child level. We just put the stools in front of the door but it would be nice to have a chain lock or something higher that the kids couldn’t reach it. We loved the condo! Thanks for letting us rent it for the week. It was wonderful views of the ocean.

Home away from home

We absolutely love staying at Jeff and Marla’s condo! We stayed at another complex last year because dates didn’t work out and booked early to stay here again. Jeff and Marla think if everything. The beds are comfortable, the complex is fabulous and so easy, and it is very family friendly and relaxing! Thank you for another great week!

Girls getaway

The property was everything stated and more. Well stocked with many items one would usually buy. The view was amazing. We saw sting rays sharks and a school of dolphins during our stay. The condo itself was very clean. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The Hersheys ice cream was fantastic my mother daughters and myself would definitely recommend this condo.

MUCH NEEDED GETAWAY

My husband and I came down for a much needed getaway and couldn't have asked for a better stay. The condo was very enjoyable and just simply perfect. We will definitely be returning next year. And the ice cream!!!!! Not enough words for that just plain phenomenal!!!!

Beautiful condo with incredible views

Beautiful and spacious, very nicely decorated condo with the most incredible view from the master bedroom. Anything you need for your stay, you can find in the condo, the owners are definitely thinking about their guests and making sure they’re comfortable. The master bedroom mattress was extremely comfy as well. Check in and check out was one of the easiest ever. The Ice Cream shop had delicious treats! Definitely coming back!

First time but not last

This was my families first time to Panama City Beach and our first time at Boardwalk. It so happened that my brother in law and husband had vacation the same week. We all stayed at the boardwalk just on different floors. The description of the unit is spot on. It was very clean, had everything we needed. It was super nice having a washer and dryer handy in the unit. The view from the balcony is amazing. We would definitely stay here again. We didn’t get to taken advantage of the ice cream we were so busy being tourists.

Fourth time staying at BBR!

We greatly enjoyed our week in this condo. We’ve stayed at Boardwalk numerous times and it’s always a good time. The space was perfect for our family of four and the check in process was the easiest by far. The private beach and pool are rarely over crowded and getting chairs was a cinch. And the ice cream. Yum. We couldn’t do it every night but it was delicious when we did and such a nice amenity. Great overall experience !

Wonderful stay

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The description on the website was spot on. The provided supplies lasted us all week and the beach chairs and umbrellas saved us from having to bring our own. The ice cream was an added bonus that my girls LOVED!!

Hosted by Marla & Jeff

We reside locally in PCB and love living at the beach. In January 2013, Jeff bought Hershey's Beach Ice Cream Shop and we took a leap of faith and moved from Iowa to live in PCB.

Why they chose this property

Boardwalk Beach Resort is truly one of the nicest GULF Front condominium complexes in PCB!! Security is top-notch, parking is right out front (not across the street), and the amenities are first class! The resort property is impeccably clean and the location is ideal!
