About this property
Family Cottage with superb indoor leisure facilities
Honeysuckle Cottage - our most spacious three bedroomed cottage sleeping up to 6 people (plus infants), with log burner. Upstairs is a double bedroom, a bunk bed room and a third bedroom with flexible sleeping arrangements of either a kingsize double bed or twin single beds. Steps out onto the main lawn with great views.
The downstairs is open plan and split-level, with the sitting room being on the ground level and the dining kitchen being up four wide steps on an upper ground level. (Stairgates can be fitted on the lower level to prevent access to the kitchen).
The kitchen is fully equipped to include a dishwasher, full size fridge-freezer, electric double oven with ceramic hob and microwave oven. The dining table is within the kitchen, seating up to 6 people.
The sitting room has wooden floors and a feature fireplace with wood burning stove. There is a flat screen TV with freeview channels and a DVD player.
Upstairs, the main bedroom at the front of the cottage has magnificent views over the far-reaching countryside, hills and woodlands, and guests have the choice of either a superking size double bed or twin single beds. This bedroom also has a TV with integral DVD Player and Freeview channels.
There is a further double bedroom and a third bedroom with bunk beds.
Leading from the upstairs landing is the small recently upgraded bathroom, with rainfall shower over the bath and underfloor heating.
Outside on the main lawn, Honeysuckle Cottage has a dining table and chairs to seat 6 people.

What makes this property unique
Whilst retaining the character of the 18th Century, we have also made sure that each of our luxury holiday cottages has as much of the convenience and luxury of modern day living as is possible – super king beds, crisp white linen, fluffy towels, underfloor heating, microwaves, dishwashers and wifi to name a few.
For families and especially parents of babies and toddlers, we can provide almost everything that you may need, to save you packing it all up and bringing from home. Essentials such as cots (and we provide full size wooden cots with mattresses, not travel cots), high-chairs, stair-gates, sterilisers, step-ups, potties, back-packs, monitors, changing mats, toddler z-beds, as well as the usual facilities of self-catering holiday cottages, the list goes on and on, so do ask if you have any particular requests.
What you will not find, are the stresses and strains of every day life – these just melt away as you relax into the Clydey Experience.
The 20 acres of shared grounds include landscaped lawns for lazy days and picnics, wild flower meadows, a woodland walk down to the stream for dam building, playing pooh sticks or simply splashing around, animals to feed, eggs to collect, outdoor and indoor play areas, as well as superb leisure facilities for the whole family.
