This superb 3 bedroom villa is located only 2 kms from Competa in the heart of the Andalusian countryside. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the main villa, which includes a fully fitted kitchen and open plan living/dining room. There is both a twin and double bedroom. Beneath the house is a separate self-contained studio apartment (separate entrance) with en suite bathroom and kitchen area. This has its own outside terrace for sunbathing and dining outside. Please note that the property is only rented as one unit and to one group of guests. There is a private pool and a number of terraces for taking the sun and dining al fresco. The villa has breathtaking views to the surrounding countryside and down a valley to the sea. There is parking for 2/3 motor vehicles. This property is very well equipped as it is the owners home during winter.

Debbie and Alick moved to Spain in May 2005 after buying their villa in 2004. Previously they had lived and worked in London for 20+ years. They have successfully let the self contained studio apartment below their villa for 15 years and have excellent reviews on Trip Adviser under the title Casa Rey Apartment. 2021 will be the first year they have made available their whole home for holidaymakers to enjoy this superb location. They fully intend to continue with offering an excellent holiday location with a high standard of accommodation, cleanliness and facilities. As well as renting their property Debbie and Alick have a shop in the village of Competa, Todo Express, offering international food, greetings cards and a postal and package receipt service. Alick also works with a colleague in an estate agency business, Brogan Properties. If you are looking to purchase a holiday home in this beautiful part of Spain then Alick can help you.

We chose this property primarily for the tranquil location and for the breathtaking views down to the Mediterranean Sea. You can enjoy the peace of the Andalusian countryside yet being only a short distance to a village offering all amenities.
