If we had the chance to redo things we would not stay here
The home was older and cold, with no Ability to adjust the heat. The landlady came and tried to adjust the furnace but it didn't work and we didn't want to trouble her further.
The water pressure was low
We had to buy toilet paper a day or 2 in because there was only 1 tiny thin roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We have a family of 5.
There were no additional towels in the home so if you needed to a new towel or wanted to clean you could not.
There were no extra trash bags to replace the trash bag in the small bins. There was no dish detergent to do dishes so the landlady had to bring some.
There was no coffee maker. The landlady said she would bring one right away and never did so we bought one and left it for the next tenants.
I was shocked to learn that they had been renting this vrbo for 3 years. I thought maybe we were their 1st or 2nd rental due to the lack of necessities one would find when staying at a vrbo or hotel.
We speak English and there with some definitive communication barrier, the person in charge of the home claims that she told us we needed to wait until noon to check out with her but I recall no such conversation. We left the keys in the house and left at 8 AM. Which I guess caused major problems, because they didn't have an extra set of keys. Seems like somthing you would have prior to handing your keys to strangers
