WELCOME PACK : Your comfort is our top priority. Our apartments receive a delivery of fresh linens, comforters, towels and a welcome pack of shampoo and conditionner, toilet paper, coffee/tea/chocolate to ensure that your arrival is comfortable prior to shopping locally.
STANDARD CHECKIN TIME : from 2pm-8pm by confirmed appointment only.
STANDARD CHECKOUT TIME : 10am
EARLY CHECKIN: Early check-in is possible from 9am if the apartment is available. If guests are leaving the same day, luggage drop-off and key pick-up can be arranged from 10am at the property but you will not be able to return to the apartment until the cleaning has been completed at 2pm standard checkin time.
ADDITIONAL FEES: Additional fees will apply for checkins after 8pm. No check-ins between 1am and 9pm. If you require a very early check-in or late check out we recommend you reserve the night before/after to ensure availability. LATE CHECK IN FEES: 8pm - midnight 30€. AFTER MIDNIGHT 40€ These fees are payable in cash to your greeter upon arrival.

This lovely apartment has just be remolded, and is centrally-located in the heart of Paris in a typically Parisian building, having all you could ask for right at your feet. A quality kitchen houses all your essentials (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, etc.) and the apartment has a clothes washer as well. The shower room boasts a powerful directional shower with a separate WC (toilet room). The bedroom calm and quiet with a luxury queen-size bed suitable for two adults. Two other guest may sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, and we can also provide a travel crib if you are traveling with an infant. The apartment has WiFi, free international calls to many countries and cable TV with a few English news channels. Very comfortable, great location

The apartment is spacious, enough for 4 people. It is very well equipped. The location is perfect, 15 min walking distance from the Louvre and 3 min from one of the main metro stations. Cleanliness could be improved a little though, especially dishes. The neighborhood is very lively, which we liked, a lot of restaurants and shops. Overall a great place even for longer stays.

I would definitely stay in this accommodation again, it is within easy walking distance of everything, and is a comfortable stay. The hosts are excellent communicators also which really helps when you are new to a place. The property itself is dated but it does provide good value for money.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of the action

This apartment was a great spot! It was well appointed and located in a perfect part of town, walking distance to everything you could possibly want to do or see. Check in and out was a smooth process. The bed was comfy and the shower had great water pressure! I would definitely stay there again when I go back to Paris.

Perfect place. Totally a bargain

Enough space for a family of 4. Sofa bed is like a real bed, comfortable and large. The bathroom is large and new. There is a lift so you dont have to drag your bags through the stairs. More importantly, secure and right in the center walking distance to main attractions and Metro. One train from the Airport takes you to the closest metro station to the place. It is literally 4-5 mins walk from the Metro to the flat. Finally, but not less important, the Host Anton is incredible host, quite nice and very friendly. He will answer all your questions and is available as soon as you book the flat. In summary, i would stay here again.

Not what I was expecting

El departamento tiene los servicios necesarios que informan. Sin embargo el estado no es el que se ve en las fotos, los pisos de madera están todos inclinados, hay olor antiguo en el ambiente, es menos luminoso de lo que se ve en las fotos ya que solo hay luz natural en la habitación y lo peor fue la limpieza, pisos sucios y polvillo sobre todas las superficies. La ubicación es muy buena pero estos puntos hacen que la relación precio calidad no sea acorde.
